Hi I'm new to the Sims 3. How do I add builds to my game?

when you download this you will get a .rar file that needs to be extracted which can be done with 'winrar'. once done you get a .sims3pack file, a (packages).package and (library).package. you can either install this house through the sims 3 launcher by adding the .sims3pack file into your documents/electronic arts/sims 3/downloads folder. or adding the (packages) to your documents/electronic arts/sims 3/mods/packages folder and (library) to documents/electronic arts/sims 3/library folder. Sorry this is a lot of information but I hope this helps :)

@@nualaa Thank you for you for your help. I'm enjoying it a lot but it's very different to the Sims 4 which was my introduction to the franchise.
