I just got mine today I unboxed it I couldn’t get it to power on, so I decided to charge it. It’s been charging for about 40 minutes now and I tried to start it powered on nothing unfortunately Im unable to connect to the app because there’s no power to it.

Hello, is your wheel standing when you turn it on? You also can connect to the app while charging to disable transport mode.
