But at the moment I've got the damage tree almost maxed (except attack, ign dmg red and the special mastery), and started def rate tree and still under 70k merit. As for the 2nd question, yes you can reset it as many times as you want, if you spend 5 medals and 1k wexp each time.

It increases multi-drop chance from chests. It's especially useful if you boost the dungeon difficulty of have multiple people in party! But I think I explained this in the "how to choose your premium" video.

No, you need to spend those AFTER gold is entirely completed.
