Neither of them can decrease the stat under 0, so if you have more than your target's stats, the rest won't be applied.

Ahoy! returning player confused about the merit system, I don't get why you would re-evaluate a medal. is there a limit to how many medals you can report? why wouldn't you just evaluate and report everything and safe the extra wexp? you just get more medals every war. please explain. love your videos!
Ahoy! Typically if there is a wexp boost event applied or if a player has wexp bonus from a premium service or blessing bead, then medal count is the bottlenecking factor. During a weekend of 400% bonus as we have right now in EU for example, getting 1000-2000 wexp per war is not uncommon even with minimal gear. So if you attend a dozen wars with that boost you'll have enough wexp to evaluate every medal 4 times for the next 2 weeks.

Is it possible to add it to Dungeons and PVE as Penetration and Add Damage too or there is no option for it and it stay only for Mission War applied? Thank you. Ahoy! In the gold merit pages you cannot expand ignore dmg red to fields. But to be frank, you aren't really losing anything with that. Ignore dmg red counters the target's dmg red at a 1:1 ratio, which means if you get 100 idr you will hit the enemy for 100 more damage. This is really insignificant if you consider that most of the hits in PVE are in the ten or hundred thousands. And it cannot decrease dr to a negative value so if your idr is more than the target's dr then increasing it further will have no effect on your damagr output.
Ok, I just got my character to level 170+, I've watched this video many many times to understand what's going on with this tree thing. I get that I can get a medal ticket from war participation with a score of 100 or more or also I can just buy the medal from auction. But then everything else is useless if there is no wexp! This is going to take a ton load of wexp to get to somewhere good in it.
If you attend a few wars during a WEXP server boost you can get enough WEXP for the next 2-3 weeks to come. If the wexp boost is on the weekend and you go hardcore mode and attend like 10-12 wars that weekend then you're set for 1-2 months to come :D Also helps to try winning as much as possible during the non-boost periods too, because that adds some wexp bonus to the nation for the war at the same time of next day.

I wish Cabal can develop a similar war that depends on aa/da and not just level requirement. This will help lots and lots of players and make the game more fairplay for it.
So, what about the Merit Tree itself? Guessing it's not shared with other characters as well like the Honor Points? Leaning on not since no mention of it…… at least it's possible to turn those extra Merit Medal Exchange Tickets to tradeable ones and use them for lower level characters after farming truckloads of WExp on lower Brackets……
Every character above lvl 170 on the same account and server benefits from the same merit tree. So it's bound to your account itself. Also every character above hr10 of the same account and server receive honor points for reporting medals on any of your characters. For example I'm only doing it on main and the other 7 storage characters I have are all hr20 at 100% already :)

As far as I know they don't need to be lv 170, they could be any level. It was still working until EP23 but now all my alt characters are hr20 with 100% progress so I can't check it anymore.

As far as I know they just have to be HR10 or higher and be on the same account and server. You're getting the honor points added the moment you change to the other characters by the way, so it's not always easy to see. For example if there are events going on then the system messages might be hard to see. Perhaps you just missed it?

I won them during a sweepstakes event. Everyone who completed 40 mission wars got 80 of those merit order things. There was a larger reward for completing 80 wars. Also during bingo you could get 16 of those just for participating 1 mission war. Alternatively you can buy them from the cash shop, but I've never done that because they are far too expensive.
Merit gives you honor AND merit, and completing the whole merit system takes several years of active war farming.... so if wexp is limited, focus on merit only!

Ahoy! It's as though you were reporting medals and receiving 100 merit "exp" (not "skill points"). Only works for golden merit, not for platinum.

If you already re-rolled it 3 times after the first evaluation it stays at the last state. There's no such thing as "destroy itself" :D

There's a recipe at the craft NPC of Port Lux that allows you to craft tradeable ones.

On the same account + server, yes. Gold merit applies from 170+ though, only platinum needs 200+.
