How to get the magic badge: get clowned on noxy, anyway, go into house3, go to the basement, and you wana glitch outside of the big washing machine, in the back, there is a rare chance of the npc spawning, you buy the badge from it for 1k points, just click the npc if you have the points and boom, you've got your self the badge.

When it says points. It means the upgrading points. Because the badge is rare duh. Plus. You can never ragdoll while falling with ultimate balancing magic and you can also have a foot trail.

It makes no sense to me that Noxy hides how to obtain those rare badges, they're still hard to obtain even if you know where they are.

True council location is in spaceship, now there is a rare chance for the npc to spawn so u wont always get it every time. On spaceship, go outside the window and take a right, you should see some sprays and stuff. That is where I got true council there.

If the npc isn't there, then do I just load a random map and load the house3 map again or do I just rejoin the game and then load the map

Easy tips to get 1k/2k fast: keep upgrading the coin upgrades then use the coins for the points- hope this helped!!

It's randomized by a script and a data store, it's hard to know, but ubm is 2nd rare, grav bracelet is 3rd rare, and true council is most rare. And no npc is most common

in the upgrade menu, buy them with coins. it will probably take you a few days of grinding to get 15 million coins for 1k points to buy the badge, it is really hard to get 15 million (except if you have maximum coins per hit lol)
i prob need like 60 million or something to get both true council and gravity bracelet

it is possible but forcing to load the map will remove the npc if spawned. you need to wait until the map vote comes up.

its because if u keep loading a map with an npc it stays but if u use admin on that map it goes away so use admin on it and whatever map it was on like house3 use admin and put map on "house3"
