    GLUTE FOCUSSED LEG DAY
    🤍10 minute warmup
    1 min Jog
    1 min Walk
    Repeat 5 times
    🤍Dynamic Stretch
    5 minutes
    please pick weights that you can do a high volume of repetitions in
    🤍Hip Thrusts
    3 x 10-15
    🤍Close Stance Split squats
    3 x 10-15
    *I use a 12 inch step up Matt or bench *
    Make sure to do the same amount of sets & repetitions per side and start with your less dominant leg
    🤍RDL’s
    3 x until failure
    The second and thirst set are B stance’d
    🤍Kick backs
    3 x 10-15
    Slight outward rotation to target your side glutes
    🤍Hip abductions
    3 x failure
    **Starting at a challenging weight and [with no breaks] lowering the weight every time you feel to much of a burn, until you’ve accomplished as many reps by the lightest weight as possible
    🤍10 minute cool down stretch
