buying a 7k pc on josh's dime to play skyrim again, actual chad
It's a great thing to be reminded about the definiition of insanity every now and then.
@@khajiitty hes literally the most sane skyrim player wym
Dare I say the ULTIMATE Chad
They spent more on the mobo than the gpu, this is how you know they're a console gamer
I was just about to comment this. What a chad
The ending there actually showing him playing Skyrim really just makes the video perfection from start to end for me.
I was boutta say that shots so fire
he's playing the Witcher 3
It’s 100% Skyrim
It looked so good on that screen, too…lol
@@DrunkGuitarist he is not playing the witcher 3
I just found my 10 year old son watching one of your videos (30 ways to cook hamburgers) and when I asked what he was watching he said "One of my favorite chefs, Joshua Weissman." When I told him I am also a subscriber he was shocked beyond belief. Like his little world was blown apart. And then he said this was the first video by you that he watched and well, here I am.
Well I’d be damned. This is an adorable story 😊
Now get to know your kid and watch it with him lmao
Wow, Joshua really tried to subconsciously make it edible, what a true chef with a kind heart!
Just in case they could taste after everything, he wanted it to taste good.
Love this so much. Evan was completely unfazed the whole time, so impressive. Kyla did amazingly well to power through all of that as well. Totally deserved.
Women have a higher tolerance for pain I guess :'D
@@jjokinen8420 They've actually proven that to be false. Men have a higher threshold for pain, and tolerance is generally fairly even on average, although men have a slightly higher tolerance too.
People have different levels of sensitivity to capsaicin too. Evan is probably used to eating spicy food often or was just born like this
@@scrappy8680 same with kyla but a bit less
@@jjokinen8420 but who one/Evan,that completely contradicts your comment :|
Josh holding a mushroom as a mic is peak content.

you could say its picante (bad joke sorry)
Yes
'peak content' is perhaps the cringiest phrase ever. Fucking embarrassing.
I do food reviews while I’m high on my yöutube chånnel 😎
I'm just shocked. The first dish alone is something I'm not able to handle. These people shock me. Kaila was an absolute beast at this challenge, but Evan. Oh my Evan is a monster.
It wouldn’t be as bad as you think, with the vinegar and sugar, it balances out the heat
@@cbrreezzyy69 I don't think so because a bite from an jalapeno slice is enough to make me sweat, itch, and reach for milk. I have such a low tolerance for spice.
He the dragonborn
@@bensonabernathy4664 damn bro did you just not eat anything remotely spicy as a kid??💀💀💀
@@Silver_knight_BS I did and every time I ate I couldn't handle.
The T-Rex Dragon's Breath was first created in the UK in 2017 as a collaboration between chili farmer Neal Price, NPK Technology, and Nottingham Trent University as a way to use a plant's essential oil as a potential skin anesthetic (specifically for countries where anesthetics are too expensive). While the T-Rex Dragon's Breath chili has a count of approximately 2,480,000 Scoville units, this was actually surpassed by Pepper X that same year which has a count of 3,180,000 Scoville units! Pepper X was created by the same guy behind the Carolina Reaper, Ed Currie. However, Guinness World Records doesn't recognize either of these claims, and thus the Carolina Reaper still holds the official record of hottest pepper.
So the question you're all probably thinking right now is how I know all this? It's simple! We believe that it is important to know your enemy. Thank you Joshua for going above and beyond to make this entertaining
Kim?
lol
Fair point, also I didn’t expect the leader of the North to wear poke-a-dot underwear, very intimidating
There's not a doubt in my mind that this is the real Kim Jong-Un
You the man, kim
evan's got psycho energy in the name of gaming and i'm here for it
evans so hot lol i want him to choke me
He's the Dragonborn, that is literally the only explanation

Absolute mad lad.
I was freaking out the moment that this guy was literally eating this stuff like it was nothing. This guy right here is a true Dragonborn
I just want the bloopers of Josh coughing from all the chili vapors in the kitchen.
I love how Josh is walking us through the process of making all this-even though most of us are probably not gonna risk consuming it 😂
I mean, all but the last one seem manageable.
Consuming it? Cooking it is illegal under the Geneva convention. Gas bomb your house.
Just don't die, then it's good nuff

Papa, chefs’ kiss.
Also, Vikram’s wife is on her own level of “beast mode” for lasting as long as she did
🤨📸
Right?! Damn, kudos to her!
I still think she could have won it, but she was smart enough to see 1. $1000 isn't an amount to scoff at and 2. She probably doesn't game on a PC (if gamin at all) so building a gaming PC probably wasn't going to make sense to her. Still think she would have won.
@@fynaglin9075 she wouldnt of won it

0:24 "brooooooo simppp"that could be a meme though
That was so great. I felt full spectrum of positive emotions while watching this! Thank you.
Coming down to the end, poor Josh seemed genuinely afraid that someone was going to end up in the hospital so he dished out $1000 so someone would tap out lol
ok
1000 is hella cheaper then hospital bills in US yknow
@@weebman9762 that why
She made the right call taking the thousand dollars. She stood no chance against Evan. Dude was still munching the peppers.
Low-key would like to see a "sweetest meal ever" video. Everyone does a spicy challenge, nobody eats a fist-full of splenda on camera and lives to tell the tale
OMG honestly, have you ever had latulose? that stuff will ruin your week 😂
have you heard of diabetes?
@@najwaaaamira you can't like GET diabetes from one meal you know that right
splenda is artificial. It'd have to be real sugar whether cane, beet, coconut, etc
Or sour.
American Cheese singles in ramen is just tremendous. It's an order of magnitude improvement. Kudos to the Canadian swinger that invented that cheese. People may think it's weird to add American cheese to a Korean stew, but there's a story behind budae jjigae. After the war in the 1950s, food was scarce. In the south, people dwelling around US military bases made use of leftover or excess food from those bases. They got these through a black market as at the time, Koreans in the south could not legally get American products.
They got everything from American cheese, canned pineapples, mystery meat, and hot dogs, and the resulting combination was budae jjigae. Typically, budae jjigae doesn't have bird's eye chilis however but rather gochujang (itself made from Gochujaru from Korean chilis). In Yongsan-gu, a district of Seoul, a variety of this is known as Johnsontang, named after Lyndon B. Johnson as he enjoyed the dish during a visit to Seoul in 1966. Another variety was named after Jimmy Carter after he visited in 1979.
just watching you make these hot meals is making my mouth water just thinking about the heat!
This was hilarious

This was probably the most genuinely entertaining video I've seen in years

Agreed. I thoroughly enjoyed this video as well. Watching it twice. Funny Kendrick ran away just smelling the first one. Hilarious 😂😂😂🤣🤣
Evan just slowly eating everything in front of him unphased. And in the end he got to play his Skyrim. What a lad
11:33 Can we just acknowledge that Ulysses tapped out after witnessing Evan nonchalantly finish his plate?
Saw it and say “you got it”
i love that each meal was really good and wel thought of
Wearing a Knocked Loose tshirt and eating spicy food like it's nothing to get a $7000+ pc built for him, Evan is a man after my heart 😂

Came her to comment this! Please do a follow up
This video was unreal on multiple levels! Daaang
You seem like a really impressive cook. Bravo 👏🏻
in the last round, when the girl mentions "its my head", its actually the endorphin rush she's feeling. Capscaicin in chilli based foods makes our brain feel like our tongue literally burning.
This activates opioid receptors responsible for pain killing effect. The same receptors activate if one uses morphine/heroin etc.
Since the spiciness is too much, our brain sends a rush of endorphins that actually gives us a chilli high for a short duration. I personally love that feeling and I used to eat green chillies (hindustani mirch) to experience that high. It's my guilty pleasure lmaoo
Dad: Son are you doing drugs?
Son: No dad, just binge eating chillies.
If only those endorphins worked during the peppers' exit lol

idk if the desired intent was to make one hungry, but now I want spicy wings. Lol. Great vid.
You made it taste so good that they almost forgot about the spice.
Honestly my favorite part was the salesman just rolling with it. I imagine the sale was great for them 🤣

ayoo so happy my boy won so he could play skyrim again, was cheering for him the entire time
also at 13:00 the way josh offered 1000 dollars to tap out, the girl looking at him like that just to slowly and silently bite into the pepper like a psychopath was absolutely hilarious :D
That was awesome - I love hot food but will never forget one meal I had that was so hot, my vision was distorting, ears were ringing and I could feel the heat in my brain. I wonder if Vikram's wife was experiencing with that one dish? 😆 Cheers to the crew for this one.
Everyone who climbs the peaks of fire eventually has that magical meal. I've yet to have it, but I'm looking forward to it.
@@shadowtheimpure it was strangely wonderful. Love your wording - I'm still chasing the dragon for another hit like that one.
@@katem2411 extreme spice gets you high. Literally euphoric because the extreme pain causes your brain to produce endorphins to counteract it. You can start tripping out if it’s spicy enough. People can actually get addicted to spicy food because of it
Id love to know where you had this dish, I too am chasing the dragon. Literally salivating writing this thinking about it 😂
@@shadowtheimpure i love the way you worded this. Also, about how hot do you think the thing would start?
12:59 to 13:08 I really liked the little camera work here to show what's going on. After Joshua said 15 seconds to tap out to get a $1000, notice how Kaila was looking at Evan. She was seeing to see if Evan showed any signs of wavering or willingness to tap out. As she herself (judging by her facial expression) was wavering a bit considering if she should tap out or not. Then Evan does a total power move of taking another bite of the pepper with a straight face, showing no signs of pain or consideration to tap out. With that power move Even showed that he was going to go as far as it needed to go just to win. Kaila seemed to have realized that and knowing that she wouldn't be able to beat someone like that, wanting to save herself from eating any more intense heat decides to tap out.
I salute you for achieving gamer goals against the burning fires of all that chili.👍
Love this so much. Evan was completely unfazed the whole time, so impressive. Kyla did amazingly well to power through all of that as well. Totally
I'm extremely happy, proud and concerned for Evan 👏🙌🤞

you try eating that. the spiciest wing I tried was 2m scoville and that sh*t burned
@@flexchan he cooked long enough so it got reduced. You pretty much saw the girl react to a 350k scoville devil's tongue raw.
You funny🤣🤣
@@flexchan 2m isn't that bad. Def hot, but the hottest challenge I've done (twice) was death nut 2.0. Last nuts are 13 million scoville. And I did it while i was on shift (I'm an RN, so going to patient rooms with tears took some explaining lol). I can safely say that at that spice level it went to another stage. It was no longer "spicy" pain, it was "searing" pain. Literally felt like someone nailed your tongue to a blazing hot stove for 20min. Absolutely nothing helped, water or milk or yogurt or ice cream. First and only time I've actually gotten "high" on spice. For the next 4 hours on shift I was on a cloud of endorphins and had the biggest smile on my face. Every 15min or so i'd get a minute of absolute gut-wrenching stomach pain that felt like a dude stabbed me in the gut with a screwdriver, but other than that it was a cathartic experience.
