It is a Science, the recovery of the body with regards to Minset, as the Tibeten Monks practice this form of healing and other similar(I have to b careful) from around that part of the world. They basically will themselves to b well and b strong by telling themselves in there minds to heal and grow. Meditation can also b a factor but I think its more about will power and repeating practices!

19 year old here, ive been planning on doing work that involves breaking things with a sledge hammer to increase my power. I was worried i wouldnt be able to recover quick enough but this video put me at ease. How many sets and reps would you recommend for isometric training, for an example 7 seconds of pushing as hard as i can, with a 30 second rest for 5 sets. What would you recommend?

i recommend always resting for 2 mins no matter the the exercise.
and what are you pushing to be clear.

Holding down a motorcycle is not that hard. If he’s pulling up a little bit traction is negligible
