What I'm HEARING is his vocals are NOT sharp and smooth hence 4 or 5 background vocalist..the touring and rigors of the road all those years has taken a toll on Ron Isley..Ray Charles or Stevie Wonder can see and hear that 💩 I have their music on cd's which I can listen and enjoy at my leisure without having to see something that once was. I agree 110% with another commenter who stated Ron need to perform maybe 5 times a year, I say no more than 3 times a year..my opinion tho and yes he is a national treasure.
@@TurboMan51 I agree with the things you’re saying. His voice is not that strong you can hear it and notes he can’t hit anymore. For someone who has been performing as long as he has is all he knows. He loves what he do and he’s going to do it until he can’t do it anymore.

I saw the Isley Bros. When they we're all still living, in Skokie, Ill at the Millrun Theater, a revolving stage and Chris Jasper was the center piece of that band, it was the best live music I had ever witnessed ❤❤❤
