Vigor - Ok I went into the game with 4 antibiotics needed 5 for challenge

Okay in this one of my challenges is to take 5 antibiotic. I loaded the game And I went in with only 4 yet the system gave me an extra antibiotic. I got one somehow for free. Pay attention You'll see when I jump and say 3 left then I use one then I jump again and it's 3 again. So it was really weird and I got a big fat check at the end too.
