Good to see a few riders not abusing their horses with metal bits and chains, dressage riders are the worst double reining and severe bits, should be outlawed like racing, it's animal abuse.
@@imwondering3885 You think a horse not made to carry a human safely is a disability?? There's nothing wrong with this breed, it just has a longer back making it generally, not suitable to carry a rider without causing strain.
@@imwondering3885 OK, than I would be interested in seeing the breed with a shorter back more suitable for riding, I don't doubt you, I don't know enough about the original state of this breed. A longer back However, would not necessarily be a disability.
@@imwondering3885 No, buyers will still ride horses with short back. We can quite easily see in the images available the horses have long backs, it's as simple as that, there's no debating this.
The Han Dynasty started a fight over this legendary horse, but Karen here thinks the back is too long. Maybe Western equine standards are not the end all be all when the Turkish People of the Horse have a thousand years on it.
I am mesmerized by their coats!
I believe that they're just so very beautiful, nothing like that in Texas
There appears to be an Akhal-Teke breed in Texas near Conroe, north of Houston. You might contact royaldutchessfarm@gmail.com if interested.

The Akhal Teke in general is not made for riding as it is too long in the back, a rider causes too mych strain.

@@imwondering3885 No, my comment was specific to their confirmation, long in the back, not suitable to carry a rider.
