My niece won the lottery in 2019 and bought a house exactly like this. It's beautiful,.she bought it in Dallas. She paid 800,000 cash for her dream home!! What I really love about it the kitchen is on the second for, and it's the only room on the second floor!! Her island has 12 chairs, sink, grill, and hidden trash can on the side.
I’m only a minor but I make a promise to get a home like this no matter and provide for my beautiful family I know I will have.
I like this home. It does not have a pool and that’s why I like it. No extra expenses!
I drove the school bus for Plano ISD, and my elementary kids live in this neighborhood. Very nice homes!

Oh I love flats over two story homes and this one is very nice. I’d want a 4 car garage and for the house to be gated off where anyone couldn’t just drive up. The home itself is very nice.

Where do find these cool houses? Not bad at all
The very first thing I'd do if I Owned this House is gut it,put insulation in the walls,put dry wall up, and put Solid Oak Paneling on the walls, I'd get rid of the hard wood flooring and put plush carpeting throughout the entire House. I'd also close off the rooms, I'm not living in an open concept living House.

Nice house - better than the last video I watched, for sure. But all the layouts are starting to seem the same - with the office being just inside the front entrance. This only seems practical for people who expect business to come to their home. Otherwise, move it to the rear - out of the way of the heaviest foot traffic. Wonder what the price tag is on something like this?

This was a good one, although I wish these builders would quit painting all the kitchen cabinets white. I don't really see the point of custom wood cabinetry if all your going to do is paint it. You might as well be using MDF at that point. Plus, I hate the lack of contrast you often see in the home or at least that room when its done that way. The offset island color isn't enough to provide adequate contrast in my opinion.

I love it but at the same time to many awkward walls and I’m not a fan of the color of wood and some weird old school colonial “White House” like feel to it, like it’s more of a place where people would do meetings. Or museum of some kind with random modern fancy elements that clash… idk if it’s for a reptile exhibit at a zoo or paintings or a cafe in some parts.. if I had to live in it I would definitely change some things or it’s hard to visualize what I intend for the spaces.. one of the bedrooms looks perfect for alot of pet birds..

In my opinion this is a very poorly laid out house, who wants the office in the front where all the traffic is? coming in and out how can you get anything done? I think it's just for show!! If you're serious about work you want your office in the back away from all the traffic when I have friends come over I don't want them in my great room which would be my Den, I want them in my formal living room in the front where that stupid office is as I said poorly laid out to me.... Just sayin
