The worst thing about F1 is that the premise just would't happen in F1 today! Even worse than that is that it is EXACTLY the same as the god awful Driven!
“This movie probably looks like it’ll suck but they hired a great director”. That seems to be the only qualifier of a sequel that won’t suck according to this vid.
i really hate the movie-making habit of coming out the gate with the first part of a "trilogy" but when the original director is onboard for the sequel that's usually a good sign
But… some of these are sequels to original concepts that people liked enough to spawn a sequel… isn’t that what creators HOPE for? Spouting the same tired complaint that’s been heard since the early 2ks, with the delivery of Dennis Miller circa early 90s Weekend Update? Here’s a wild thought. Maybe type out an original criticism or idea that might actually help, _“k, beb?”_
The only one I am curious about is Black Phone 2. Aside from the ghost and little sister being somewhat psychic part of the story. The true to life part of it was that kids going missing is something that can happen any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
The Exorcist wasn't going anywhere. Not that I'm surprised you don't know this,. part of the deal Universal made to purchase the franchise was the requirement to produce a trilogy.
I get all of them & I’m excited for a few, but A Simple Favor?? I know that’s a fan favorite, but I didn’t like it. It needs a reboot though?? It’s gonna be a scary 2025 for movies among other earthly inhabitants 😱
Flanagan is going to be the real victim of Exorcist mediocrity. He's a brilliant director/ writer but audiences are going to stay away lest they get burned again.
A SIMPLE FAVOR 2 will be awful because Paul Feig already did the impossible thing by making the first movie work He won't dodge the bullet again, considering his current track record
What? There were people that liked Wonka? That was the worst movie I saw last year. In fact, I might say that was the worst movie I've seen in the past years. The fact that it´s getting a sequel surprises me.
Given that 'A Simple Favour' was the only commercially/critically successful movie of Paul Feigs career, it doesn't surprise me at all he is milking it for a sequel.
3:46 we get this but we can’t get a Fcking DREDD sequel
Yup, I really want to see Karl Urban back in the helmet, leading the Killdozer mercy convoy across the cursed earth
Preach!
I'm not going to lie - the How to Train Your Dragon live-action remake looks hopeful with some of the original and director attached.
They’ve put a lot of time and effort into the F1 film, and had a lot of fun making it so hopefully this will show on the screen.
Sorry Tim, but what were you gonna do, say no to a Toy Story movie? Lololololol!
Seems like an easy payday for a few weeks work. No brainer right?!

Wonka 2 should be ok if they base it off the actual second Wonka book, "The Glass Elevator"
i doubt a prequel to charlie and the chocolate factory is gonna be based of the direct sequel to it
Oh ffs! More sequels, remakes and reboots. Hey Hollywood. Here's a wild thought. Maybe put out some original films people might actually want to see
They tried this and people don't go to the cinema to watch them which makes no money, we only have ourselves to blame
Why don't you write something then?!

@@PapaBPoppin the complainers don't have anything any more original than the material they are complaining about . See Alanis it's *EVERYWHERE !*🤪
Joe Hill is also on board for The Black Phone 2, so I'm all in.
Top Gun 3. I’m worried and optimistic at the same time.
I had so much more interest in this video than any of the movies listed.
The Leo and stitch , gci stitch looks creepy, but gci toothless don't, you would think a dragon one would look creepy, not one with hair
The kind of people who would go to see Blake Lively in the theaters are the same kind of people turned off by her recent behavior.

I wish they would make the great glass elevator
wow, that was a drastic statement to abruptly end the video on.

Toy Story 4 wrapped up the story very well.
Toy Story 5 will be just a ash grab.
Why is Ellie holding a burrito?
BURRITO? I can’t figure out if she's wearing an unreal amount of makeup or some kind of prosthetic mask??
Do we really need another Toy Story?
Answer: We do not, STOP IT DISNEY CORP.!!😡😡😡

Blade Runner 2049. Not for everyone, at the box office a failure, but a great movie, imho better then the first movie.
But both ground breaking.
I only really liked two of the Jurassic Park movies. The first one and Jurassic World
A SIMPLE FAVOR 2 will be awful because Paul Feig already did the impossible thing by making the first movie work

The lack of original IPs is tedious. Even the "original" movie sounds like the most unoriginal idea ever.
Chloe Zao has an oscar, and yet failed to make Eternals work.
Just saying.
3:44 Here’s a ‘Simple Favor’ stop casting Fakey-Blakey in terrible films?

I can't see Tom Hanks returning for anything. He certainly isn't returning to the US anytime soon.
President pooh welcomes your nutwarming grace.

The same Paul Feig that directed Bridesmaids?
