- Today we take a look at AG Barr PLC, MAGNA PARK, Crossley Dr, Milton Keynes MK17 8FL.
The building looked amazing so we followed the footpath into reception and had a good look around in there.
We was handed a leaflet by the receptionist so we look at it outside.
We are then approached by the Operations Manager Dave who takes me by surprise.
He asks security to remove me which is when it starts to get much better.
Robert tells us all about the place and was a pleasure to meet.

Robert is BY FAR the most professional security guard I've seen so far! Well done!

If some random person from nowhere came to me with a camera to assess my attitude at work and make a judgment, I would tell him that he must be crazy and if he follows me I’ll have to leave my hand print on his cheek, and I am the most easy going person and soft natured person that many people say that they know
If he does this on a building site to assess a bricklayers attitude at work then I don’t think it would end well for him

Robert was like a breath of fresh air and made a nice change from most security guys in these videos who go straight to the ' you cant fly a drone over private property ' stance .He also seemed to be aware of the law and rights of the individual .

The word hero is misunderstood and misused by too many, too often.
The women in reception were great and the security chief was just brilliant. Calm, professional, articulate and knowlegeable about who auditors are and drone flying.
Barr you need to give Robert a raise, he presented a fantastic customer facing image of your company.
The operations manager was just an arrogant idiot. He needs retraining to gain some customer relations skills because he has none.

The operations guy is an embarrassment to his company, imagine how he treats people he actually has control over, maybe son of owner or a director, obviously his position not based on his iq or emotional intelligence, not a great advertisement for probably a great company

This isn't robin or Robert barr so don't know who he is but no relation to the owner robert as far im aware.
Ive seen a lot of audits, but never have I seen someone working security show such professionalism. Robert is in the wrong job, he is leagues ahead of the Operations manager who really showed himself up and let the company down. As a Scotsman, we love Irn-Bru and actually are quite protective of it when anyone says they do not like it, however, they changed the recipe and massively reduced the sugar content and replaced it with cancer causing Aspartame. Not only is it potentially dangerous, but it tastes vastly inferior. They brought out a vintage version with full sugar, but it has a disgusting soapy quality to it. @Barrs : Bring back the real Irn-Bru and please, have a word with that operations manager, have him apologise and have him contact DJ Audits (in his contact info on the channel) and offer him a tour of the facility. He may not come back, but the offer should be made.
Now there's a real point of interest that can be reported on. Instead, we got whining about some fella that was curt/gruff to someone who was unwanted on the private property he had accessed without proper invite. And no apology necessary... Except perhaps on DJ's side.

Yes. I can never understand why people like Dave under sell their company by being mean spirited. My take is, they see someone like DJ and under estimate their value and following. Maybe if he turned up in a suit and a high end market car people like Dave would take him more seriously. It’s a pity really because I the end it’s often the man in the street (us) who are the end market for their products.

7:51 Considering he is supposed to be the operations manager, his attitude is that of a small child who is not used to the word "no", even accusing @DJ AUDITS of being aggressive, I have never watched a single video from DJ where I would class him as being aggressive, defensive maybe, but this only happens when, somebody like this operations manager gives attitude.
8:54 Robert the security guard I feel personally is in the wrong job, maybe swap jobs with the operations manager with the bad attitude, security remained calm, professional, polite, and even answered questions, but then again, if they did swap jobs, it would then look bad on the security, I truly hope the operations manager's boss watches this video, and decides to re-train his operations manager to a much much higher level.
We have all met Dave in one form or another, know what type of car he drives and how he likes to show off in the pub or while on holiday and requires a job role of status so people are forced to talk to him being Billy no mates. If you are harmed on-site, the company would be liable. What a stupid thing to do.

Suggestion….
Call ahead and make an appointment.
If you have any business with the company, I am pretty sure that they would give you a tour.
So don’t trespass and I would also add, if you have no business being on private property, stay off.
There is a fence, you prick.
There is also a path leading to reception where you announce yourself and state your business.

Its not private at all. Even the signs were inviting people in just not into the secure areas.
AND you are missing the whole point about turning up unannouced and seeing how the staff and security deal with somebody wandering around.
Also if a company want privacy and security then put a bloody big fence up all the way round and have a secure entrance where everybody has to sign in and can be monitored.

The reception staff even though they didn't know what was going on they didn't start to get angry and shout get out and call the police which is refreshing.
I really like the way they have made the big warehouses blend in to the skyline with the shades of blue. Looks really nice compared to some industrial buildings.

This is a Britvic facility. The only place Irn Bru is made is in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire. A massive facility. Made in Scotland from Girders.

I think Robert is the most professional security person I have seen on any of your vids. The other little man clearly with ' Small man syndrome ' and a wife that won't give him any nookie is of course rather uptight. He's like a little Terrier dog yapping and barking orders at you. Robert doesn't have small man syndrome and is clearly having plenty of the other with the Missus hes very chilled and relaxed.
