No talking, just walking. Exploring the English Countryside. A delightful stroll along the Padley Gorge Trail, a beautiful and popular walking destination situated in the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire, England. It is currently autumn, arguably the very best time to experience the trail with its golden browns and oranges. I thoroughly enjoyed this walk! I began at Grindleford Train Station, walked along Burbage Brook, and finished by a waterfall seemingly named Toad's Mouth. A truly beautiful walk! Do enjoy :)

About Dave's Walks
Hi there, I‘m Dave! I've lived in the English Countryside all my life, and I love it! I enjoy walking, and couldn’t help but notice just how beautiful the UK can be away from the cities. I found myself inspired and decided to get some camera equipment and make some walking videos so I can share my walks of the beautiful countryside with everyone!
I mainly focus on small towns, villages, picturesque landscapes, rolling hills and mountains, forests and canals, all along the coastlines in England, Scotland, Wales, and who knows maybe one day further afar!
I upload every Sunday 11.45am GMT (3.45am PST) (6.45am EST) (5.15pm IST) (9.15pm ACST)

I use the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 to do some really basic editing. Mainly making sure the sky isn't over exposed. It's from Camera straight to RUclips. No cuts, no fancy business, no talking, just walking.

Well seeing people taking their RC vehicles ‘for a walk’ on the track was something I wasn’t expecting 😂 But I guess that’s what they’re made for! This was absolutely stunning Dave! My gosh those autumnal leaves, the coloured carpet - spectacular 😍🍂🍁 Your nature trail walks are definitely my favourite any time of year but wow - autumn is a treat in the cooler climates of the northern hemisphere 🧡
Funnily enough I've just stopped the film, after this wonderful walk on my treadmill , just as that couple steered their cars round the tree roots. And then your comment was top of the list as I pressed to leave a comment!!
One hour and a half of peace and calm for the soul.Thank you, Dave, for bringing me joy.
Cảm ơn bạn đã chia sẻ, Những hình ảnh yên bình về Anh Quốc. Anh Quốc...Xinh 🇬🇧👍.
Subhanallah Subhanallah Subhanallah ❤❤❤
I love Autumn colours🍂🍁
Hermoso paisaje!! Desde Buenos Aires 🇦🇷🇦🇷
Beautiful walk, loved the views and waterfall sounds near the end 1:29:00
Stunningly beautiful autumnal foliage and gorge . What a great 🚶♂️🚶♀️walk and hike . 🎒 🍁🍂
There should have been a sign at the start of the trail that read
"This trail is only for the sure-footed, agile, stong of mind and adventurous souls. Your journey will be difficult but there will be many rewards along the way."
Absolutely amazingly beautiful!
Thanks Dave. Very peaceful walk and colorful. Nice to see so many people out too. See you on your next walk. 😊😊😊
Yes very enjoyable.
Can't wait to watch this properly later. Absolutely love British walk videos 🇬🇧
This is one of my favorites. It’s my favorite environment. The sound of water reminds me of my trout fishing days. Thank you!
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for not adding music.
✨️🤎✨️
This was truly amazing & such a lovely walk. I would love to live in the same area as this. My heart & soul would be full everyday!! 🥰💕 Thank u for sharing this.
I should show my Mum this walk and the coins stuck in the tree. When I was little she always used to tell me that money doesn't grow on trees, now I can prove her wrong! Thanks for another fabulous walk Dave.
Ah I love this place. It's like the Peak District's answer to the seaside in summer, though. Hoards of kiddies paddling and even an ice-cream van on the side of the road!
Những con đường mát mẻ yên tĩnh và thơ mộng. Anh Quốc rất đẹp và yên bình 🇬🇧👍.
Probably one of my top 5 walks of yours Dave mate, only because these resonate with me so very much, as a hiker and adventurer. I absolutely LOVE this one.
Happy to hear it! It is also a favourite one of mine, Iv'e been wanting to film this one for a few years now, but was forever waiting for the perfect conditions, this day worth the wait!
@@DavesWalks - It absolutely was. Can't applaud it enough.
As an old man whose favorite activity was always walking, especially in nature, these silent walks let me imagine I am the walker. Since age precludes me from still walking here in the foothills of California’s Gold Country, I can never thank you enough for all these walks I am now taking - in my head at least. 😊
That's wonderful to hear, glad you are able to still enjoy many walks through my channel!
Sooooo Lovely video as always...Thank you Thank you Dave 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Utter magic ❤

place with all the people there and I always like seeing the rural
areas of England and the countryside once again another great
video of this nice place of Padley Gorge, Thank You and i wish
you a very Merry Christmas Dave.🎄🇬🇧🇬🇧☃️🇬🇧🇬🇧🎄
Stunning, thank you for this amazing scenary. Could we say that this kind of woodland originally covered most of britain in ancient times?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
One of the most beautiful autumn nature videos I've seen
Thank you! You too!
beautifully!
❤❤❤
Beautiful walk🎉🎉🎉
Thank you kindly! It's really appreciated!
It's cold here as well. I can almost feel it there. Those fall colors with the contrasting brown, red and yellow leaves against the green lichen and moss is striking. I'm enjoying this.
Glad your enjoying it!
Quel magnifique pays ❤
Elfin magic! Love the slight pauses as you decide how best to negotiate the next tricky obstacle while keeping that camera hand steady. I myself needed both hands for balance to make my way over those moss-clad boulders and leaf covered roots beside you. The quality of the autumn lighting is so ephemerally special while the voice of moving water that accompanies you is ever engaging.
It was indeed a tricky walk to film, but it was so worth it! It really was the perfect time to film it!
I just came across your channel and it’s beautiful! ❤
Thank you so much, happy you found it!!
Het engelse platteland is zo mooi
padley gorge? grindleford station? burbage brook? toad's mouth waterfall? i think this might be an imaginary forest. ❤❤❤ thanks dave dear, it's just beautiful. 👋👋👋
Beautiful. We have some areas like this in the southern states of U.S., but always on the look out for poisonous snakes - copperheads, water moccasins, rattlesnakes - yuck. Do you have many poisonous snakes there?
There are some snakes in the UK, grass snake, adder and smooth snake. I don't believe that they are poisonous though and I would say they are really rare, I have yet to see my first snake.
Adders (Viper) are poisonous here in the UK, but to date I think only six people in the last 100 years have died from and Adder bite. There are a lot of Adders in parts of the country, but they are a very reclusive snake and are rarely out in the open.
Oh, this is going to be good. (Ties shoes, pulls on coat, allons-y!)
👍
