You can put a power limit directly on the cpu and gpu. I put the power limit of my 3080 to 75%. It runs 10 degrees cooler and I only lost 2 fps

Its stuttering alot when you play it for the first time,or rather visit the area for the first time.Stutters are really bad in the first few levels.
