    Dear Azumi,
You are a natural healer. These lessons you teach and the examples you give, help to light our path 🌤
Filling the empty heart with small appreciations, is one of the most beautiful practices I have ever been taught.

the root cause suffering is life itself, I do like to meditate because it helps ease suffering

This was very interesting, and I liked that you mentioned the Kanji, I'm trying to learn Japanese these days 😊
Regarding desire, I am a bit conflicted. There's the view that it's the cause of all suffering, but there's also the view that it's inevitable, and the only way for us to grow. By following each desire, and then the next etc and by meeting all the pros and cons along the way, especially the ones we weren't expecting. Personally I've found that following desires tends to lead in disappointment a lot of the time, but at least it's another thing off the list 😅 There's never a state of constant happiness anyway, all we can ask for is peace of mind, right?
In the case of illness and pain especially, quieting the mind seems like the only option, that's when I started to meditate and I've kept at it.
I'd love your thoughts, if any! Thank you for this video 🙏

Great that you are learning Kanji! About the desire, it is good to inquire where it is coming from and why you want obtain it and what will bring it to your life!

Onee chan, i was noticing a japanese has said "i suppose this was part of ten's plan".
I mean, i notice the word "ten" being used.
I thought you mentioned the word "ten" meant heaven.
But how come heaven got plan? Im confused.
