With a campervan through New Zealand North Island

- What a great adventure! Picked our campervan up in Auckland and drove through the North Island. We visited the Cathedral Cove, many waterfalls and even hiked on the mountain of Mordor!!! We also made it to Hobbiton which was super cool. New Zealand is pure nature, we so wanna do it again as soon as possible. Next stop will be Fiji before we explore the South Island of New Zealand :)

This is so beautifully done! NZs north island is actually really underrated, I feel like most people just go down south to queenstown, Milford sound etc.
I went to school in Mount Maunganui for 9 months and I miss NZ heaps so it was good seeing so many beautiful places I've been to and know in this video :) thank you!

awesome video. my wife and I are planning a 29 day trip to New Zealand this May as well. quick question do you suggest we spend a couple of nights in Auckland without the campervan? my concern is since it's a city, parking might be a problem. Or do you suggest we get the van and go straight onto the road trip. we're more into scenery and landscapes but don't mind seeing city life in New Zealand. thanks
+Gio Lee So great to hear you're going to visit NZ, you'll love it! Be sure to get the Campermate app. If you wanna spend some time in Auckland I would do this without campervan. I suggest to spend more time on the road tho since there is so much to see. Are you going to North, South or both islands?
