If you install a 54mm Cylinder on a standard crank, it would not be good. Ideally you need a large stroker crank like 52mm or something. Hope this helps.
hey! i have a honda dio with 50mm stroker block, i also installed a brandnew twh big manifold and brandnew swr 28mm flat carb (it has 125 main jet and 35 pilot jet pre installed. May prob is may carb overflows. what do i do?
Hey man. I would recommend you check the float level. If its overflowing, you may need to lower the level of the float. Also check out where the float needle seats. Sometimes if some grit or dirt makes it into the float bowl, it can cause the float needle to not be able to close properly. Hope this helps 👍
Adjusting the float is definitely a job that requires patience. Something that might help out is if you have a length of silicone hose that you can put over the fuel inlet nozzle on the carb and then you can blow into the hose and use your finger to move the float bowl to find out at what point the bowl actually closes. Good luck with getting it fixed! 👍
In my case, any PWK 28mm carb will be ok for a 48mm kit but the weather here in Thailand is super hot every day and very humid so a a bigger carb is needed here. For colder countries, a smaller carb would be ok too so maybe like a 24-26mm. Of course, jetting on the carb plays a huge role too.
It's all in the jetting. Set your jets correctly and it will be all good. Use your spark plug to read how the jetting is. If the top black and oily then jets are too big, if the tip is white/chalky then the jets are too small.
This setup is just an 80cc (ish) setup. If you're planning an intake/carb upgrade then for sure you will need to upgrade the cylinder. The size depends on what you want to use the scooter for. A good baseline for power/reliability would be 72cc. A 47mm will get you there. Nice easy install process. Just make sure you use gasket paste on the intake and cylinder seals!
I generally use 32 parts fuel to 1 part oil. 32/1. That seems to be a good baseline to go with. If 32/1 comes out a bit oily on your plug then you can try 40/1 which is also another common mix ratio
Sorry pal, I can't help you there. Seems the aprilia and dio have different vacuum setups altogether. I'm sure a bit of clever googling will find you an answer though. 👍
Best fan belt for 92mm pulley and Big td
What mm is your shock at the back sir? Then what best jettings for 80cc
Does this intake manifold work for the Honda aero 80 (nh80).do you have a links where I can buy one
Unfortunately I don't think so. Scooter Swap Shop may have something for NH80 but I'm not sure about that.
Hi. What size of carb do you recommend on a 50mm block ? And also the size of jettings .. thanks
My friend, I'm going to install Cinderell and Busten 54 mm on the Honda Daewoo crank shaft. Is there a problem or is it necessary for a large shaft?

Very cool.
Thanks man. This was part definitely made a big difference.

@@thaitorque8847 thanks for your advice. And that is what i am trying to do. but i guess i need more patience. hehe! God Bless. Ride safe!

@@thaitorque8847 Thats a great idea! thank again! God bless..
which carburetor (OKO, Keihin, KOSO, ZSDTRP, PWK 21.24,26 mm.) to install on the hole 48mm-72cc?

@@thaitorque8847 nice! Yeah I have RRGS 48mm on my Dio. But a 21mm carb, I don't think it is enough as it has been really tough getting a good tune.
how did you deal with overflow
Is that a 90cc set? Im planning to install ct manifold for big carb but my dio is just 50cc with full metal crank. Any recommendation?

I like parts laike that from Philippines
sir may i ask, what is the ratio of mixing oil to gasoline?
I generally use 32 parts fuel to 1 part oil. 32/1. That seems to be a good baseline to go with. If 32/1 comes out a bit oily on your plug then you can try 40/1 which is also another common mix ratio
Do you have a vacuum line on this ?
Yes. There is a vacuum line running from the fuel pump, which is located above the fuel tank, to the crank case.
Oh right I've got an aprilia sr172 2t and want to put a 28mm carb on but it doesnt have anhwhere on the carb for the vacuum pipe
Sorry pal, I can't help you there. Seems the aprilia and dio have different vacuum setups altogether.

will a 21mm or 24mm carb fit to that big black manifold?
It depends in a few things really but just make sure the manifold, rubber coupler, and rear of the carb all match up in diameter.
@@thaitorque8847 but thus it fit perfetly for 28mm? it if does i guess i need to use a bigger block since i am only using a 50cc block..
Yes. The TWH black manifold comes with 2 rubber couplers. 1 for 28mm carb, one for 26mm carb so you can choose 2 different sizes.
so if will use 70cc block is the 26mm carb will be a appropriate match? tnx man..
Yes. 26mm will be fine. Over here, it seems most people are using 28mm but 26mm would be ok. It's all about the getting the jet sizing correct. 👍
