I prefer to satisfy my sweet buds with natural sugars like dates, dried dates, and bunch of other dry fruits like berries etc. It tricks the body into getting the sugar cravings fulfilled without actually consuming anything which includes sugar in it. Also to avoid long hungry hours especially if I get late while making my breakfast I prefer to have milk with natural sugary dry fruits to avoid my stomach to go without eating throughout the morning as well as to fill the sugary tank up so as to avoid getting sugar carvings. Also what I read lately is every taste you crave has an emotional lack that it's referring to. For instance, cakes/pastries/donuts are indicating that you must have more self love for yourself. I know a lot of this already as I have done several courses with holistic nutritionists but great to hear your tips 😊 I managed to come off refined sugar last May and have been off it since. Don’t miss it at all, once you are off it for a while your tastebuds change and you no longer crave it. You get used to it. Now I have things like coconut sugar instead, but we still have to watch how much of these natural sugars we consume. Also fruits and dates are a great way to sweeten your desserts- natural sweeteners are the best! ☺️

On another note, I’ve had a terrible experience with function of beauty. I used them for 3 years and one day due to a problem with their app they shipped me 6-8 bottles even though I didn’t order and charged me for it. When I reached out they said they refund me. I followed up a couple times. They didn’t reply. That’s it; I was done. I am always for a company that promotes environmental friendly and organic ingredients, but it doesn’t justify conning people and poor customer service. I just wanted to share my experience so everyone can be careful.

You always make my week. When I’m craving sugar I take a dropper full of Kava tincture. It calms me and my tongue so I my taste buds are numbed long enough for me to ride it out.
One easy way: We can eat fruits for breakfast so that your body won't crave for sugar for the rest of the day.. And of course fruits are natural form of sugar.. 😊
I find that intentionally putting more sattvic foods in my diet will naturally fill me up and I have less room for junk foods. With that being said, it’s always good to have a little bit of what you are craving so it doesn’t become an obsession in your mind.

I used to eat something sweet everyday,even the whole chocolate ,,tiramisu etc....but I know I can control it and reduce craving sugar.When I had my teeth implants done I was without chocolate,waffle bars or anything for almost 2 weeks and I was not even missing it.Tried to eat good for not to harm teeth implants..

In a moment of trying to be healthy, I quit all the candy and chocolate bars and switched to protein chocolate bars and chips and healthy snacks. And then when I returned to the old chocolate bars I used to like, it doesn’t feel as good and addictive as it used to.
Sleep evades MANY, including me, no matter what I have tried, body will NOT sleep any longer than 5 hours, for YEARS, I am so jealous of anyone that gets more than 7-8 hrs, believe me I would do almost anything to get enough sleep😔😔😔😔
Just a suggestion, have you tried listening stories anything light before sleep, it helps to sleep better. I am an Indian and sometimes I hear my authentic culture stories and I seriously sleep better. You can try anything positive. Hope you have a good experience 😊

One of the best ways to curb sugar cravings is to allow yourself the occasional indulgence so that you don’t restrict and then binge :)

Actually, if you have a sweet, you do not want to have it with a protein. You will have a worse sugar spike with that combination.
