"Sometimes to be used by God we really have to be used. We have to be punched and kicked." This brought me to tears, I lost my faith when I was thrown down and punch and kicked by life. But I see now, I have to really understand the reason for my suffering.
She's truly enlightened...like many people are, but, unfortunately, still many people are in the darkness. The darkness of materialism. The real true love is Jesus Christ and she has a pretty good understanding of the real love.
Lauryn's perspective of life is Heavenly endorsed. A gift from God, her words marinating through my soul. I could listen to her experiences and wisdom days on end.
We need more women like her in this generation instead of these wanna be "barbies" and "thugs". Her music was bumpin' annnd it was filled with good messages to make you THINK and do better. Soul-inspiring music that was jammin at the same time! Loved her speech.
