As someone who used to work as an assembler at a home improvement store, I can say that that is an accurate representation of how to put together an actual lawnmower.

I honestly don’t care who is for or against the president of the USA. I’m definitely against bitch’n about it for four years and not actually getting anything done. Is Trump an egotistical douche? For sure but that’s every single president ever, it’s kind of a requirement for the job. Also he kinda looks weird and is bombastic but that’s no something that should prevent someone from doing the job especially according to a group of people looking for equality and acceptance, it works for people you don’t like as well. (I don’t like the man but have trouble finding his work in any way worse then some of the “better” American leaders, he’s just extra douche about it, and quite frankly me liking him has nothing to do with the work he needs to do.)
Installed these on a riding mower ruclips.net/user/postUgkxetgfkJxfdT_B2vGYP-uNTLaBbim9OKTD . They were sharp out of the box, although I've never liked blade edges that were coated...not quite as sharp as I personally want. Using my belt sander, I removed the coating from the cutting edges and refined the edge enough to shave with them. So far, after three runs, these blades are holding up as expected. Even after hitting a few fallen 1/2 inch or so branches, the edges are still sharp as heck. No edge dings, no warping, etc. As far as installing them, the cutouts were of the proper size and shape to fit my aging Craftsman mower. Very satisfied.
I know you didn't intend to give the larger one a 'rough' finish, but I think I like it better this way. The contrast between the small/neat cleaver and the big/rough one really adds to the vid imo.
I wasn't sure if I'd like this video and I almost didn't watch it, but I figured that I'd give it a shot because I usually enjoy our videos, and I'm glad that I watched it.
That sounds cool, but if they aren't made from aluminum they're made of crappy pot metal. An edge would never last with either, but if it's pot metal it would most likely crack. He could maybe make some razor razor blades though.

You could probably do that as a side hustle or even main source of income if youtube ever comes to an end. Making handmade knives and axes and stuff like that.

King Panda new mower blades yes but old circular saw blades and old mower blades were made out of extremely good high carbon steels my dad and I make and sell handmade knives and we use these a lot
Just some tips to help you out a lil Don't use your vacuum cleaner to collect metal filings off the grinder, due to it being able to set fire to a bag/filter (if you got one in there) or sawdust. I'm glad that you didn't get discouraged from the last fire but I don't want you to ever just give up. Your work is truly inspirational (and inspired me to start making on RUclips (btw Thanks)) Secondly when hand sanding and moving through the grits change the angle between each grit, by about 30-45 degrees, this will allow the sandpaper to cut more effectively and it will be easier to see the the scratch marks for you to follow and if you can get higher grits try and go above your desired finish and go back (this will get you the best possible finish for them crazy shiny blades, its time consuming but if you have time the finish is well worth it!) thanks for being inspirational stay safe and happy crafting!

My one constant thought from seeing the thumbnail to the completion of the hog splitter was just the phrase “good for the taking of heads”. That is easily the most *brutal* thing I’ve seen in months. 🤘
The editing of this video is much better than previous videos. I especially like how the cuts match the rhythm of the song, not only does it feel natural but it also makes the video look much more professional. P.S. the hug splitter is a definite go-to zombie apocalypse melee weapon :)

You should try to make an actual everyday carry style fixed blade. Like make it look really nice with a decent steel and all around good materials that will last long. Take time with the design and make it something durable and pretty to look at. Just a suggestion, but I think it would be really cool and I want to see what you can create and design.

Aj V Rebar is melted down scrap steel, so it can be what ever steel quality. That means that one piece of rebar can have one inch high carbon stell and the rest mild steel, which means it is unfit for making tools and weapons.
@@AFUVFX Mild steel will not harden during a heat treat, that's the problem. It has too little carbon in it and stays soft and even brittle, it's not good knife steel, much less sword steel

This was my first ever ZNA video. I saw it after ignoring it in my recommendations for about a week. So glad I was bored at two am and went down the rabbit hole of this channel
Loving the new kind of montage towards the beginning of the build. Great video. One criticism is that I remember a time where I felt like i learned a new build technique in each video and I feel that the educational aspect of the builds seems to be missing in this one and I hope that's not foreshadowing the future of these builds. Still an awesome video.
