It's obvious by the noise (chatter) and chip appearance that in the beginning your spindle speed was far too high. Later, it seems you slowed it down but you never mentioned it.

It’s great work. There are bound to be some “test parts” along the way. All part of the fun. That engine will be quite the show piece.
