It's not quite a fan meet but there is group Q&A session (10-20min) & group photo after the show for vip ticket holders.

I am not 100% sure if it is same for all stops since I have no details on Asia stops. The Rose always puts fairness in fan experiences & benefits on top so unless it conflicts with local promotors(?) they will keep everything same.
