- In today's video, I tried out a FULL FACE of Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez. I was skeptical of this line at first but after so many products have gone viral, I may have changed my mind... check out my review to see which products I love and if there were any I didn't!

In my opinion I think rare beauty has done well with the names, it makes the products more appropriate for all age groups. Lots of people, especially younger people, might feel more comfortable buying a blush in the colour "joy" than a colour called "orgasm".
fr i remember being like 12 wanting the nars blush but no way in HELL was i gonna ask my mom for a shade called orgasm

@@coquettequeen08 the shade “grace” is the one that really stood out to me, it’s kind of like a dark pink almost purple but it looks so natural and pretty on the cheeks, especially if you have a tan or dark complexion. I would say the shade “joy” is really pretty and natural too, it has a peachy vibe and it’s perfect for all skin tones.
Selena’s idea for packaging is for easy application for everyone. Even for people with disabilities. Like Selena who has Lupus.
I love that Selena thought of that, really wish he would of mentioned it.

Since Rare beauty launched they are so many reviews about how the concealer or foundation doesn't cover up that much or is too lightweight but that's the whole point!! People need to understand that the message of Selena is to embrace your own beauty with some touches with her brand makeup.
It would be more logical to not use make up then. Which I do do most of the time and love, if my skin isn't going through a pimple flair up. But if it is, I *want* more coverage

as well as perfecting his formula he has also been frequently asking for audience feedback so the fact that he's even considering us in the first place is sorta big.

one of the thing i really appreciate as someone who struggles with other brands packaging; in this brand the packaging is disability friendly in the way that if you struggle with mobility in your hands it makes it so much easier and less painful to open.
Yes, Selena did it for people like us, because she also suffers from health problems, and she did it in order to help

I remember when she came with the weightless foundation, liquid eyeshadows, etc… every big beautiful influencer was “me personally it’s not my thing, blah blah blah” fast forward to today every brand is making the same products.

As someone with super dry skin, this is one of the only non-drugstore brands that works for me! I respect that it doesn’t work with your skin type, but I think you should keep that in mind :)
literally the ENTIRE begining of this video is James picking the wrong colors for his skin tone..! Like I honestly think He'd like the brand more if he just had the correct colors and shade to match him.. -_-

I love how James actually delivers constructive criticism instead of tearing the brand to shreds and delivers it in such a polite and respectful way too.
at first i litterly had no clue what to get from rare beauty, but james has really made that decision for me, thank you sm james for trying many things so we didn’t have to, you were made for the beauty industry💗💗

I use her powder and it’s actually really amazing on my skin. You just have to make sure you get the right shade that fits you. Mine is in the shade light

In my opinion rare beauty has done a great great job with all the formulass!!! Their blushes changed the game.
The best make up look on you so far . Rare beauty is not just about the make up products it reminded you how good you’re.how strong you’re .how beautiful you’re and you’re enough
selena’s brand is targeted for people with dry skin mostly!! as selena struggles with finding products that don’t dry her skin out, which is why the powder is a radiance powder. not everyone has oily skin james 😂

I love all of her stuff so far just from seeing it. That eyeshadow pallete color scheme is awfully similar to a smashbox one I had years ago, but instead of the glittery muted brown, it had a high impact yellow gold.
