Enjoy my first experience in ETS business class by KTMB. If there any thing they should improve could be internet speed, selection of movie and music & portion of food. Seat is really comfortable compare to non-business class. You will have extra space for your legs. You can also charge your laptop or phone easily using power socket provided.
