African America s was the best to me. They all Africans.
The best dancer out of all of them was the Krump dancer...
Goosebumps all over, the energy is effective, the dance floor took both teams and united them as one, what an amazing performance
Blessings to brothers across the world
They played a lot of Afro songs, if they had incorporated songs that are trending in USA so that both teams get an advantage I can guarantee that USA would’ve had a better chance. 🤷🏽♀️
I feel the same
They played 4 American 5 African not a lot more
America still did better. Because Americans showcased their powerhouse battle moves. Africans were just dancing. But, the Americans were more in your face, they evaded and took over spaces, and their battle dance moves were more aggressive and mimicked a fighting style. They also got the crowd more hyped and involved. They showcased more dance styles. Finally, the African team relied too much on the dude in green.
These weren't the best FBA dancers either.
@@jacklyneverage3881 I don't think the American team did bad but idk both teams were a bit underwhelming. Both teams also showed powerhouse moves. Overall I disagree that the Americans did better though. Like basically I feel like with the musicality the african team did better overall.
I grew up watching Kara Janelle’s choreography to afrobeat remixes of hip hop songs like a decade ago. She was one of my inspirations to start dancing and choreographic with my friends. It’s cool to see she’s still dancing 😊🥲
Africa took it! USA came close in a couple of rounds but I leaned towards Africa. But the grand take away was that these are the same people. Interesting!
America took it. They never got the crowd as hype as the Americans. Dance styles were limited. Relied too much on the dread loc guy in the green. Also, they can't battle dance. Battle dance is doing dance moves that mimics fighting. It's in your face, confrontational, and even involves a push, a tap on the head, an imitation of a swing, and violates personal space. None of them could do it on the African team. Also, they messed up certain American style dances.
Africa took it for me more face expression to the dance styles.
One of the best group battle dance i watched in years shout out to Team Africa you made the battle special
Only the guy with the red cap was super fly in the USA group. The guy got some skils. Having said that, Africa killed it. Happy people dancing seamlessly with pure passion
The Krump dancer was the best of all of them. Team USA should of let everyone dance instead of the girls getting half the time...
Wrong. The men on the USA team were far superior than the men on the African team. The dude in the green on the African team carried most of the battle because the other men couldn't compete with the variety of dance styles the Americans brought. Also, the African women were mediocre and did very little in the dance battle. Also, none of them could battle dance. Meaning, get in you face, intimidate, invade space, and dance in a physically confrontational manner that mimics a fight. That's why the USA team got the crowd extra hype. They did all of this.
@@jacklyneverage3881 did we watch the same thing?
@@jacklyneverage3881Stop deceiving yourself. It’s a dance competition, NOT an American Dance competition. Africans don’t necessarily have to over-invade your space to prove they can out-dance you. Plus the African ladies were okay, not the best I’ve seen. . but at least they were way better than the American ladies.

I knew that Africa (a real competitor) was going to bring it, which is why I clicked on the video. A few of Team USA dancers freaked it, but some of them were weak (mainly the women) and I don't know if it had something to do with song choice or not, I know that I couldn't get hype off of it. I've seen better in the US is all I'm saying.
The lady in orange shirt and jumpsuit was the only one on the USA team who could match Team Africa's energy
Nah the orange was doing that one arm move and same style, I think the girls have a way they see African dance they tried to do but it wasn’t right
That was a epic battle Very entertaining for sure!! WHAT A PERFORMANCE🎉🎉🎉❤
At least one round is missing. Very impressive job by the editor because I cannot tell where the round would fit or that anything is missing.
Parts of that round were in the highlight clip Stance did for this event and also in instagram clips.
It features the song "2:30" by Asake and dancing from Hooliboy and Tomtom (at least in the clips I saw).
The absence of this round makes me assume that DMCA is the reason it's taken so long for us to get this clip and also why Stance did a relatively short highlight clip. RUclips can be very silly about it, it is usually automated too and the punishment is harsh.
I am sure it must have been a pain getting this to us and it would have been much simpler to give up.
Instead you made sure this important moment in history was shared with all of us.
