Question. Are you guys starting to see people sell off their collections? There are a few places here in Kansas City that bought, sold Pops and the last few times I've gone in, they are no longer stocking inventory. When I asked why, they said prices are starting to fall and won't recover, that, the hobby is just losing interest. I know a lot of people are complaining about pops losing value. I have over 1,200 pops. I think it's time to start selling. My collection. I have lost $2,100 in value over the past 6 months.
@@BeardofPOP Initially, it wasn't for value, it was because they were just so cool. The very 1st pops I bought were the Breaking Bad pops, seems like a long time ago, 9 years? Time flies. I bought them all, and a lot of the fun of that was, it was just a lot of fun to hunt find them and then complete the collection. I remember I couldn't find the larger Crystal Ship RV pop, and when I did find it, they had 3, so I bought all 3 of them. This was 9 years ago? Over the years, I bought mostly collections from other people. It was much cheaper. Now, on the app, I've noticed prices going down and not recovering like in the past. I also learned a trick, that works very well. When I know someone has a larger collection, I only ask to buy their most expensive pops and that I will pay them a premium over value, to which, they tell me what they have. I then, ask about their entire collection, and that I am interested in buying everything. I do this so they can't hide their expensive pops from me. I make an offer and, since they know I know about their expensive pops, they try and keep a few, to which, I just say no thanks. Most of the time, people just don't want to let these go, but there have many times when sellers let them all go. So I have some maybe 100+ holy grails. I don't know what to do. To be honest, I have not bought any pops, collections in over 4 years. I don't think people got into the hobby for value, for me, the value just happened kind of out of the blue, at least for me. Thanks for the reply. I enjoy your channel.

Sell now is my advice
The price is dropping, and if you’re into them for value only I would definitely start selling
