Way too much glorification of Milind, though he is doing good for his age but 56 is not old (Maybe old for Indian standards). He was the first one to be eliminated from Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 3 (way back in late 2000's), pathetic performance for a national level swimmer to be eliminated in swimming event. In your videos you saying he prefers running barefoot but the video you shared he was wearing shoes (That's ok but is that celebrity worship/ glorification ? "Yes you heard that right"). There is more to the picture / behind the scenes (Though nothing wrong in that) that he definitely take supplements (my guess whey) and do weight/ resistance training regularly. He is a social media influencer, who is doing good to spread the message of fitness (also self promotion/ PR as he is a model/ actor and you need to be in limelight) but we can't just follow him blindly. My unsolicited advice: Low to medium carb (protein dominant) diet + regular exercise (but not too much that it affects your career & family) + Good Sleep/ rest (less time on mobile/tv) - do it consistently and you are good to go.
