And then I saw yours and thought "what the what?!?" But then you revealed the secret! The Tomashi fire-effect base as an anchor! I don't have that... but I do have blue tack!!
That legion in the wheelchair is fantastic. I can’t believe they’ve never made an AOA Sinster. You gotta get a custom, and go with blue silver legs and arms. That’s how he looked in the original 90s run. They were definitely silver also blue. Didn’t ever look like Colossus skin.
AOA shelf is sick! Looks so good. I'm planning to do one with some ruins style dio pieces as soon as I clear up some shelf space. This really inspired me though. The poses are great, especially Nate, Jean, Blink, and Sabretooth/Wildchild. Nice work!
What a collection Xmanny - I just love the Apocalypse and Colossus - I just have to ask - any figure you regret not getting? Only a collector who has 2 MU Sentinels in molding frames sandwiching a Haslab Master Mold, would lie a Haslab Sentinel down on a shelf!
Your second X-men is 🔥. I love the X-men as well. I recently downsized my carded ML collection. They all sold for a decent amount. I ordered off eBay and BBTS some of the Bonebreaker wave that were available. I'll be getting them soon. An x-cellent video as always, Manny.
The only AOA figure that I have from these 2 waves is Rogue, So the other figures I would get is AOA Magneto and AOA Apocalypse to use for 616 Jim Lee versions of themselves.
Love AoA. Been my favorite storyline since it came out. I was always drawing Sunfire and Nemesis in my notebook during class in 8th grade. I ended up buying Wave 7 just now from BBTS because of this video. I'll be searching for the Sugarman BAF wave.

Agree, totally need more House of X figures. I want them to give a second go at Magneto, while I like the figure, there is a lot of line work on that costume that the figure doesn't have and so it feels kinda plain. As for Jean/Marvel Girl.... nah. I'm not really a fan of the costume or figure, she looks like a child to me and it feels weird putting her with Cyclops or Wolverine. I'd very much prefer a Jean Grey figure of her X-MEN: RED costume, I really like that design
I agree that they should’ve given us a Magneto with sculpted seams. But I love the Marvel Girl costume, it just needs a newer updated mold from scratch because this one is outdated af even with some new parts they gave her and that’s sad lol. I would love an X-Men red Jean Grey. I love that design too.
I think your display is awesome Xmanny!! The only critique id give you is maybe think about introducing some plastic risers of various sizes to help bring more dimension to all those awesome xmen!
Thanks but that ruins the spacing I plan out for them. They are below face level which can be seen. Wouldn’t make sense for me to do that. Now on my top shelves like my primary X-Men display that’s fine because it’s above face level and they can be seen instead of being hidden.

I don't like the storyline, But the designs on the X-MEN are pretty great and I have grown to love storyline as time went on because I was around 7 or 9 when I read it and I know this is not the best X-MEN comic ever, People like it more too. Great collection.
Also looking forward to the one the shelf segment which will tremendously to figure out the road map /placement of the new members ( heroes /villains ) .💡🙏🏼🦾⚡️💥

There’s still a lot of time for that. They just started rolling out AOA figures 2 years ago so hopefully we can get him for wave 3.

Yeah it is, Now that I'm 17, I try to read it now and then.
Sometimes things will grow on you. Plenty of stuff I read that I wasn’t into first that grew on me over time.
