What do you think about the claims the company made in the video?

My reply is gone. It simply states this is BS. 7:41 People already on an antidepressant SHOULD NOT take 5-HTP. You run a high risk of developing serotonin syndrome (similar to neuroleptic malignant syndrome) and it is life 👏🏼threatening 👏🏼

I find the comments on safety in pregnancy to be the worst. I mean…Imagaine the consequenses. A huge thank you for this very important video.

Thanks for the video! One of the biggest things I've come to realize while going through my own journey into undergrad/grad school, is that companies LOVE to make promises under the guise of anecdotal evidence. That bit about vitamin A and 5htp makes my skin crawl.

They really got into some scary territory there.

Thank you so much for posting your video. I am a medical skin therapist, I am constantly explaining to my clients that just because something is "natural" it is not necessarily good for them, after all arsenic and asbestos are both natural substances. While I do believe that having a healthy vitamin intake is important, the claims made by so many supplement companies are inaccurate and misleading. Anything we ingest should be strictly regulated, and the government bodies that regulate the supplemnt industry have to do a better job.

It’s shocking how easy it is to start a supplement company.. super easy!

As an acne sufferer for so many years the scientifically illiterate Accutane slander makes me so angry! It’s downright predatory.

It's really awful. They have much more garbage on their TikTok channel. They make a habit of making false statements about traditional acne treatments so they can scare consumers away from them and then they sell their own "solutions" for acne.

    So you recommend accutane?

I love that you don’t offer a solution, just criticism of a company that is offering one. This “could” be a great solution is what they have said. Try living with severe acne all over your face, having done 2 rounds of accutane, 9 years of Spironolactone, years of healthy eating with no solution in sight that doesn’t make you feel terrible, endless days crying before going out of the house.
Sorry but this video was annoying and not helpful. Everyone knows this is a more natural option to try. I’ve just ordered my first bottle to try and I’m looking forward to getting off spiro. (Fun fact spiro has messed me up in more ways than my doctor ever told me sadly)

For me Clearstem pills did wonders! The blue one is the one that help me, with the green I did not see a lot of progress

See, with me clearstem worked on my skin BARELY, I kept up with it for months and months and the followed instructions to the damn T, and the results I got were NOT worth the price I’ve paid. I mean it might work on you or whatever, but for me this #### sucked
