I shared this comment with Graham, the change manager who has appeared on a couple of videos here. I said "Are we supposed to integrate?" to which he suggested that's outside of his contract, he doesn't get paid enough to, etc etc... then he asked if getting me to book his rooms would count as integration. Clearly there is a need for a video on this topic, though it runs the risk of showing Tarantino-esque levels of violence if my fave change manager doesn't reevaluate his position 😂

Thank you for this great video , i have question please. Today more company work with Agile or Hyprid methodology and i hear that the role for PMO will be change to VMO : Value Management office or sometime, the role of PMO will disappear with agile. What do you think about that? Best
That’s such a good question. I think it will depend on the type of PMO - so a portfolio PMO will still contribute to determining the projects that take place; whilst the project level PMO’s will need to adapt to ensure they continue to add value to the projects they work with. As long as we offer value, it’s not so important what we are called. Though I may need to rebrand to Influential VMO! I’d better buy the website domain name!!! 🤣
