Quite amusing when you consider the price here and you can recreate similar effects by making your own or adding essential oils to cheaper products to your desired fragrance.
    "Alleged active ingredients"
Tahitian Monoi, Coconut Oil , Frangipani Flowers
    Actual ingredients:
Aqua/Water/Eau, Glycerin, Coco-Betaine, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Fragrance (Parfum), Phenoxyethanol, Xanthan Gum, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut/Coprah) Oil, Carbomer, Polyquaternium-10, Sodium Hydroxide, Disodium EDTA, Linalool, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, Plumeria Alba (Frangipani) Flower Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol, Plumeria Rubra (Frangipani) Flower Extract, Amyl Cinnamal, Hydroxycitronellal, Benzoic Acid, Gardenia Tahitensis (Tiare) Flower Extract, Caramel, Tocopherol.
So. If the Frangipani is "so active" why are they adding "Fragrance/Pafum" ?-
    .........and what are these ?
Since I am a chemist and familiar with perfumery - especially sites like Pellwall.co.uk - a professional perfumery site, I gather these are synthetic's and plenty to choose from, but at least be honest. (not that i'm against synthetics - I use them, but honesty is important such as I use Tam Dao Sandalwood EDP - and its clearly synthetic and a good quality one at that)
Likewise the Linalool, because in all likelihood there is very little actual Frangipani. Go buy some Frangipani absolute if you like it so much, doesn't smell the same as this.
(you will also get huge usage from small amount - it is an expensive absolute, but smaller quantities are used here and synthetics used to bolster the aroma)
Much of the "silky feeling" comes from Glycerin. (extremely cheap)
Yes, I've placed my hand in pure Glycerin and it feels amazingly soft and silky.
You can easily mix a little sesame oil with coconut oil, which by itself is wonderful.
The rest is just superfluous chemicals found in ordinary cheap shower gels ( Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate as a major ingredient - the major surfactant to bind the oils and aqueous base, as does a little Xanthan Gum, Carbomer and 1,2-Hexanediol )
    My advice, experiment !
Get some cheap showergel, add some coconut oil, a few drops of lavender (or whatever essential oil you like, depending on the mood eg orange for uplifting and camomile for relaxation) - then add a little glycerin, by itself, this is likely to make an emulsion due to the surfactant ingredients already present in the shower gel - and hey presto, your own(ish) bath product.

philosophical inquirer You just ruined this for me 😂 I can’t believe I was going to order this without checking the ingredients first. How many of these ingredients are preservatives? I was hoping to find something luxurious to use that I don’t have to make myself. I have almost everything I need to make cleansers, moisturizers, and balms myself but it would be great to have a few pre-made products on hand. I’ve tried ordering different frangipani monoi products online but some were expired and some were obviously not frangipani and smelled like vegetable oil.
