Good evening, your video is very interesting, I was wondering if it was possible to speak with you privately for some questions I would like to ask you. Thank you.

I will have to look into the CRO services to run clinical research trials there. Havin 8:45 g lived in Peru and worked Brazil . In Latin America stable country is rare and golden! That should be the top of your list of 10!

Saying Paraguay is safe because its not as dangerous as Brazil and Mexico (premier League of the worlds most dangerous countries) is like saying Scotland has great weather because it doesn't rain as much as Ireland, Paraguay is pretty dangerous and i saw a gangland gunfight there and my landlord got his ear shot off! True story, its possible it's changed since my time there but it certainly wasn't safe then especially at night, having said that its a wonderful country and people and probably the best country in the world for a single male looking for a wife, awesome BBQ too

How long ago were you in Paraguay kipps? I used Mexico and Brazil as examples because many people from the US/Canada are moving to these countries particularly Mexico in search of a better life. Just wanted to point out that Paraguay is safer. Feel sorry for your landlord.

I have bound the purchase contract of pre-build one bed condo unit at Trinidad (30 min walk from Plasa del Sol) borough @100K USD as my “snowbirds” vacation home. Probably be built up in 3years. Hope this vacation home will be a good cash cow. ( If I use as AirBB). I'm looking for a reliable agent to run as AirBB.

I studied Spanish in Paraguay and the answer is no, really lovely people for sure, extremely extremely hot and very edgy, landlocked but the Rio Paraguay is charming as are the gauchos, definitely an interesting country

As usual, a pretty good analysis helping others make well informed decisions!
On a side note, don't recall seeing you do a video about France. Would it be an option to consider?

Thanks Dreamwork. Unfortunately France has high taxation and is an expensive country to move to. I did however do a video on the best ten places to buy property in France. Please see link below.

Avoid France and, in general, the EU

@@AJR-tr2ef France definitely. I think it depends what country in the EU. I like the low taxation rate of 10% and low government debt in Bulgaria.

It depends where in the EU. The EU is not a country. In Bulgaria tax is very low at 10%
