Axone is famous dish from Nagaland...it is actually fermented soyabean.Axone goes along with almost everything it s versatile... today I have made Axone pickle along with likok ( bitter plant) which have high medicinal value too..though it is bitter...it blends really well with axone and the spiciness from the ginger,garlic n king chilli gives the most delicious dish....I ope u like the video
