If I decide to snip out part of the middle of my video when it contains keyframes, will the keyframes stay on the frame in the video where they currently are, or will they stay at the time stamp where they currently are? For instance if I clip out one minute from the middle of my video, will I have to go back and manually move all my following keyframes back by one minute? Is there a way to keep text on a frame of the video instead of a time stamp?

Though I find inshot that the giphy gif section is really good. As well as the extract music. So I'm not sure if the pro-version is worth. What I can say is that I do find myself returning to inshot a lot.

I've also seen a video where someone put 'video in video' on the app, but mine doesn't have this either! If that is on the paid version I'll get it straight away! This is Inshots biggest problem.
This is the reason I stopped using inShot on my Android. Now I use VN Video Editor instead. It's free and there's no watermark. AND, keyframing!
