UFS 2.2, LPDDR4X, HDR, overexposure and contrast issues in pictures and video recording, and that annoying "processing" message are my complaints. Everything else is ok. Nice touch referring to the PWM dimming, almost no youtuber pays attention to it, like for that.
ufs 2.2 isnt far off ufs 4.0 when it comes to opening apps. Yes 4.0 is faster but not miles better than 2.2. Ddr 4x ram is enough for gaming and multitasking it doesnt lag. Even phones like s24u dont use full potential of ddr5x ram type. Not compatabilitu of hdr in netflix is not even an issue as 99% of the people dont care about it. Overexposure and contrast is definately they should fix in future update (they fixed some of it in 2.5.4 update). Its a perfect value for money phone imo. You get good haptics, colour accurate display, decent cameras and arguably the best software in any phone. (Some of you might find oneui to be better but its terrible in a series phones. I use samsung a73 which has the most optimized snapdragon chipset probably ever made and I still get alot of frame drops here and there in oneui 6.)
@@MRDOG_07 I like the NP2a, design (white), software, customization, battery life. That "processing" message after take a picture still is a deal breaker, I hope they fix it by software.
@@MRDOG_07 I agree, number increments tend to be less relevant these days as tech companies reserve them so they stay relevant. I've tried iPhones and Androids, and this Nothing Phone 2a is really something, even though on mid range specs, they focused on excellent user experience and performance without compromising the battery. I mean compared to flagship, yes! But other times for normal apps it's fine. Maybe under stress it will slow down w bit more than you want in terms of opening apps
There's no call recorder in update as it's using the Google Dialer but Nothing has cleverly mimicking that feature via Call Recording Widget. So you can add the call recording widget for silently recording your praises😅

Why complain so much while comparing this low priced phone to flagships like iPhones...

Memory speeds dont matter if the device works smoothly, thats the only point on getting DDR5 Ram or ufs3.1-4.0, it becomes pointless

8 / 128 worth it for long term use
Yes but if you're into gaming or other kinda heavy user get 12/256Gb

Poco X6 Pro better?
Definitely
