I have been a lot better about thinking more positive this year i noticed. I got a popped tire on my car and my bike broke all before a biking trip but instead of getting stressed out and aggravated, I just said “welp, thats life trying to test me and I won’t let it even bother me” So I got my tire fixed and on the plus side I bought myself a way better bike😍 I am thankful I make enough money to afford a car and a bike. I like how you mention its like a challenge, well challenge accepted!

Very helpful
Just seeing the fact that there really is no meaning to any of it, releases a lot of the undesired manifestations.
Same for the labels that people put on themselves or are given as if it is their identity. They make it their meaning in life instead of seeing it as a situation, pointer, or guide to navigate through or with. They don't need to ignore that label, but letting it rule you just makes you miss out.
