"Hello! I am Lou Lou, Roscoe's Admin. I have spoken to a few of you but I wanted to address ALL the stays officially in the comment section and those just watching this reaction for the first time.
There is some unfortunate banter in the live chat of this video that I will not make excuses for aside from the main perpetrator is a good person with a good heart and is actually an older Army-Stay but a granddaugther who is only Army had control of the iPad for part of the live which unfortunately she made some not so nice comparative comments between SKZ and BTS. So on behalf of our Couch Crew Member WE all as a collective group of subs of Roscoe and members of his Couch Crew apologize for the behavior witnessed in the live chat and agree it was highly disrespectful and most of the comments made by you guys were warranted (not all.. but most lol). We just ask that going forward we leave names out to not target and if there is any issues that you tag me or Roscoe so we can address in private with specific people.
Both myself and Roscoe have addressed the issue with Couch Crew in a Live Chat Couch Meeting as well as with our Discord members and our Mods to make sure we are being respectful of other fandoms and to keep each other in check. While yes, Roscoe is primarily a BTS reactor and an Army - we are very welcoming of other artists and fandoms and so we are sincerely apologetic to Stray Kids and to the Stays.
There is always a lesson to be learned by a mistake.
We will do better going forward and wholeheartedly welcome each of you to the Big Comfy Couch, to our YT Lives, our Twitch Lives, and to our Discord and look forward to getting to know you. Big hugs to all of you and thank you for understanding. 💜"

From a proud tiny Couch spud who has been around (very quietly) from the very beginning of the Captain's BTS journey...yep way before his first chaotic Hobi livestream and way before Couch Crew Discord was established....that Fire video is still vivid in my mind, Roscoe.
Those of us who are "invisible" because we are not on Discord, or unable to join live streams on time and catch videos/ streams late are gentle hearted, patient and respectful though "quiet" spuds. Rest assured we are steadfast in our support and will step up when we are needed.

I’m an ArmyStayMOA but I had to cover up the chat part of the screen ‘cause I loved Roscoe’s reaction, analysis, and insightful observation, but people kept mentioning BTS over and over and it was very frustrating. Like, if all you can talk about when group A’s music video is playing is group B, maybe don’t comment anything at all? I love BTS and I love their rappers but I also love Stray Kids and they deserve respect, and constantly bringing up BTS in a reaction to Stray Kids’ music is just so rude. I wouldn’t talk about TXT if it were BTS playing, I wouldn’t talk about G-IDLE if Blackpink was playing, etc etc etc. It’s just disrespectful.

lol I just had to pause and had a rant with my other ARMYSTAY friends about the exact comment you hinted at I think🤣like damn both groups can have amazing rappers, there's seriously NO NEED to bring others in this equation and say "there's no one like them" cuz they think that... like it would be like idk (to put an example of how unnecessarily and off putting it is to other ARMYs): an ARMY saying "yoongi raps good but no one raps like namjoon" because they like joon's rapping style more like wha? WHAT WAS THE NEED TO SAY IT LIKE THAT, yoongi being a freakin rapper genius and namjoon being one too does not have a bad impact on either of them (lol no me having another mini rant here kdjf but seriously) but I honestly don't understand how they can type it like that and not see it gives such an off feeling reading it

Yess I love it . Because Stray Kids is paving their own path and are so successful at it too.. they truly are amazing.. their fandom continues to grow me saying this as a 5 month old baby stay lol

I love that you are giving other groups recognition. Stray kids was the first 4th gen group I noticed. They are extremely unique in my opinion because every song that comes out is so different from the comeback before. You never know what to expect from them but it will be a banger
Yup! I love how they’re also really involved in the making of their music too, 3RACHA are amazing. Stray Kids is definitely one of my fav groups, they’re so talented and put out something different each time while still having that unique sound.

Loved your reaction but ngl I was a little irked with the chat on the side. I mean everyone is entitled to their own opinion but always comparing a group to others or saying someone did it first or someone is better is a bit off-putting to see. We can appreciate or even critic a group without bringing them down by mentioning your clear favs
Skz themselves said this song might be polarizing for the public so i get if its not your cup of tea. I just dont like drawing comparisons bc ive been seeing it ever since skz debuted. Theyve worked so hard to develop their own "special" (Teuk - the literal name of this album) voice in the industry so I highly appreciate people who just say if skz is not for them rather than saying someone did it better or someone paved the way etc
I agree, it was frustrating for me too, and I’m ARMYStayMOA. I don’t mind people commenting their opinions on the song but there’s absolutely no need keep bringing up another group and make comparisons in the chat of a reaction video.

I totally agree with you. Like we've been enjoying the song and Roscoe's reaction then someone from the chat keep on unnecessarily bringing BTS up. I love and recpect both BTS and SKZ and some other group. They have their own unique characteristics. It's really frustrating to see fans comparing groups. It's like bringing up SKZ in a BTS content is either way disrespectful. I got too distracted with what's going on the chat - but glad I was still able tohear and appreciate Roscoe's reaction. :)
Exactly. I was in the chat and i was the one who brought up how ironic it was that they were comparing skz to bts constantly during his reaction when this song is literally about just that. Skz are on their own path doing their own thing yet they still keep getting compared. They are their own stars ⭐️
a-lot of the little random things you see throughout the mv are actually references to ALOT of their past music videos. It’s incredible
I was actually just scrolling through the comments to find out if someone commented about this, and what all of the references might be to... I recognize the blue flames from Thunderous, the cake I think if from God's Menu.... but don't recognize the scuba guy, horse, or the guys on the left in costume - unless they're also from Thunderous? (6:54) Still kind of a new Stay, so don't recognize some videos right off bat yet.

As an ArmyStay I am very disappointed in the bts comments they were leaving on the side… I’m assuming they were new younger army cause the OG ones would NEVER say stupid shit like that.. bts and stray kids are BOTH AMAZING. They are both my ults & I will forever cherish both groups equally
Stray Kids have the most insane transitions. My daughter had been saving up her allowance to get the pre-order of this album. We've been playing this album for a couple of days now.

if you like the editing in this then you would love The Sound and Circus. I'm so glad someone really appreciates all the little details like the smoke from the kick. The car did fall on beat it was in the window as well with the IN part. I think people miss the symbolism in that part with the 3 of them, they portray him as a shooting star. SKZ music videos are always fun. Many, if not all, of them seem to have hidden Easter eggs and reference to previous songs and M/Vs. The video for S-Class is loaded with them, especially in the scene where the mirror explodes in front of Hyunjin.
Honestly grateful for the admin's message in the comsec because I got irritated each time I looked at the live chat. I always find it vastly irking when someone refuses to just take in the content on screen without downplaying or comparing it to something else. I just subbed today and have been watching video after video because I appreciate Roscoe's reactions to each and every video. That's all from me.

Ugh. I don't have the patience you do -- I would straight-up ban the obsessive troll. How 1) rude, 2) inappropriate, 3) disrespectful, 4) creepy. I did my best to ignore the chat (more specifically the troll and the few people encouraging said troll) and just concentrate on the reaction, but it simply wasn't fully possible with that much under-bridge action constantly spamming the side of the screen, throwing out fanwar bait and then denying it. 😐
I appreciated as much of the reaction as I was able to absorb beyond the distraction of the disturbingly obsessive troll, though.

Enjoyed your reaction - because of your fruit roll up dance, do watch STRAY KIDS' STUDIO CHOOM performance of S CLASS and the RELAY DANCE for this dropped a couple of hours ago and those are always spectacular - Changbin (Binnie) slayed the dance break in the relay dance version; being jacked takes nothing away from his lightness of foot! One thing you may have missed as a newbie to STRAY KIDS is that S CLASS includes a great big shoutout to the fanbase, STAY: "Stick around in the same place, STAY...Stray Kids, I've got special forces behind me". They're great at telling us to be yourself, be the change; HAN's rap in the middle: "The nobodies who look around carelessly have a habit of jumping on anything that's shiny, no, no. Be the one to shine instead of chasing after what’s shiny, that's much easier to show off. Shine like a diamond, 'kay?" STRAY KIDS bops are never just bops, that's why (apart from the amazing music, dancing and MVs) they are so popular: they're a safe space for everyone.

I believe the director of this mv is Bang Jae Seob. He does most of skz mvs and as you can see is super good!
I'm late to the couch crew and not sure if this has been mentioned but, all the peeps etc that are on the other side of the mirror when it breaks, are the extras/props used in their past MVs; Miroh, Thunderous, God's Menu etc.

You would enjoy the behind the scenes that they have for their MVs. You're right, they use a lot of practical vs green screen. I think they are very judicious with their cgi. Their editors are on point. I love all of the tiny details. They took 5 days to film.

You really do have to watch their videos more than once to capture every "nook and cranny" - every detail. There are things in this video that cross references to previous videos of theirs... @@acehjs I wanted to point out that they were actually saying Goodnight to a couch crew member who's screen name is Euphoria and she was actually saying she was leaving for the evening so people were saying "goodnight euphoria" - that part, was NOT at all being cringe. The chat hangs up a bit but if you pause as it is rushing in all the chats - you can see her saying goodnight to everyone.

Stray kids making their OWN style in the industry 🔥 iconic and obviously the kings of transitions
That "Jewel.e" user very pro-BTS.
But did u know that BTS and EXO were Stray Kids' biggest competitors.
When SKZ debuted, they were overshadowed by other popular groups.
Now that SKZ has time to shine and JYP actually reaching out to Republic Records in the USA, they are able to spread albums more readily than purchasing online straight from Korea with high shipping costs.
BTS may have brought attention to kpop, but so did Psy, Rain, Jessi and other Korean singers.
Super Junior, Big Bang, BOA, Shinee, g.o.d, Girl’s Generation… many did a lot to make Korean music nationally and internationally popular before BTS. They’re undoubtedly the most successful, but they were not the first. There’s room for everyone! I respect them all.

I was on the live, but, I couldn't pay a lot of attention because I'm nursing my 17 yr old...cat. So I paused the live & came back to it this morning. When I first watched the new SK video, besides the fact that I LOVED the song & video, all I could think about was how much fun you were going to have with all the transitions. Hi new viewer and my ult (ultimate favorite group) is SKZ. The have been working with a very detailed director Bang Jaeyeob and he storyboards every shot and transition before filming. They also in the past have worked with a robotic camera mount to get seamless transitions! As a group they are big on attention to detail and have a say in a lot of what’s included!
you should also watch the behind the scene so you can take a look at everything in the music video… they said that by far this mv is the longest filmed mv of theirs,, took them 5 days

Older generations like 2NE1 paved the way for KPOP internationally. Even when social media is not yet the main stream, they appear on TVs in other countries.
They speak highly of BTS just because they got famous during the time social media is very accessible.
Army's are the reason why I am keeping myself away from BTS videos. Also, I tried watching BTS music but it is really not my taste. SKZ is the only KPOP group I stan since the rappers are 🔥.
