It is very interested lecture , alot of thanks prof Dr.Mazin But I think there is mistake at the 13 minutes regarding the usage of the small diameter ring for the flat cornea and the reverse for the large cornea to avoid the flap complication as this will induce the the compliction Warm regard

Shouldn't we use larger diameter rings for flatter corneas and smaller for steeper corneas? I think u said the opposite sir
