Hi Bill, Wow!! That was an excellent job. My husband and I learn so much from watching you do these types of projects. Thank you for all your lessons!! God bless, Mary 🤗
I like the way you think another job well done , You got the right spigot others would just get a regular one not knowing they would find out real soon lol
The AMAZING Bill keller does it again. Even though I get claustrophobic watching you under that house, it was interesting and straightforward . That press in t valve is worth its weight in gold.
I am jealous you have shorts on. Really jealous. Snow showers wed night! We have not even thought of getting our hose out. Although Lupines and Columbine are leafing. My lilacs have tiny green leaves. And those raised bed are a thing of beauty. Stay safe everyone!
Great job Bill. Here in Canada, those frost free spigots are a must. I installed one on my old house using the Push N Connect fittings...sure beats the old days of soldering. Thanks for sharing. I'll also be sure to remember to watch 30 seconds of the ads. God Bless.
Wow, the dollars you save by having the skills to do installations and repairs! You are so gifted, Bill. Can’t wait to see Elizabeth’s plants 🌱 in the beds, that will be so much fun to watch them grow! It’s like being back on our property Snowville, Va! 🌷🌷🌷🌷
What an editing genius! I did have to laugh when the water came out full force. We have gotten ourselves in the same spot before. Why is it always when your showing it on camera? lol You know you can run drip to your beds and set it up on a timer to water at the same time each day. Then you can hook it to your spigot through the timer. Plenty of videos on Garden Answer showing you how. She is a real sweet girl who explains how she has set up drip in her gardens. Stay home, stay safe, stay well.
Elizabeth!!! Leo!!! (I know Pops is most likely at the park...) Bill is performing > egads! < sorcery outside!!! JK. LOL. Great special effect! I wonder if *Leo* can tell us how??? I DO appreciate the humor...
Bill, you better go back under the house! You lost a whole head of hair under there!. lol good video. my situation is. the outside spickets are attached to the well..and the well in No Longer. so guess i'd have to re pipe. but this was interesting.
God is so good. I have the same spigot that you installed, a couple years ago it froze and I could not figure out how to replace it. This was so useful to me. Thank you.. the bad news is I gotta get a crimper thingamabob.
Thanks!!! I need to install a spigot on the other end of my house where i want garden to be. The one on the other end of house does not hav water pressure but everything looks to be in working order. No leaks. Dont kno what the problem is with it !!! My crawl space is not too much either 💞💞💞💞 n good magic!!!! I need that!!!!!!
Much better than an old cracked Garden faucet. However I will say but you need to isolate the Copper from the concrete because corrosion will absolutely happen. Proflex makes a great tape for the purpose
Anyone else burst out laughing when Bill turned on the water source to show us why it wasn't really a good working one??? LOL !!! KInd of looks like our hoses when hubby gets them hooked up for the first time every Spring.. hahahahaha.. Between hooking up the water under the house, and Bill checking it outside....**voila** ... haircut happened... haha Enjoyed this one..Stay safe & healthy. God Bless.. 💟
I'm either really bored, or you're just kinda fascinating. Either way, I didn't have any reason to watch your video, but I did. Better than 90% of the crap on Netflix.
Hi! Maybe, and this is to myself, and anyone else as well, we should be careful abt the words we use when we talk about pipes for example. The previous owner may have trusted a plumber who did not have a conscientious work ethic?? Or he may have taken bad advice from someone else. I am not a contractor like you, or a plumber, so I wouldn't have known the problem. But in a humble way you can say, "well, I don't know why they use to his kind of pipe, but it won't work for our garden!! So we will be changing this pipe." That said, I really love and enjoy your station and the tgi gs you have to share!!! Mahalo for being a wonderful example of being a loving couple!!
Nice work on the faucet since it really wasted water along with neing misplaced. The other persons prob. Were not gardeners, so made sense to them. Does the house have a crawl space or a basement.
That's a crawl space. He did a video a month or so ago where he installed new pipes for when he moved the W/D up in the kitchen, and down at the end of the house, he was right down on his belly doing the work.
Aww I have a hand spicket like that placed by my well head. Now why they placed it there is beyond me. It's way to inconvenient. The plumber here said they are illegal. Haven't a clue tho. Very nicely done! 🌱😍⚗
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree It probably just needs a back flow preventer screwed on it, to make it legal..just a guess...I know where I live they are required.
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree ikr.. He told me that. Nobody else around here said it was. I wont be paying someone to pull it out. He had me all worried that I was under a code violation. Thanks for making feel like I'm not breaking the law! I appreciate that! Ty! 😊
That was amazing Bill. You can do anything.💖
I learn so much from watching you too, the camera trick at the end was cool.
That PEX saves a lot of wear and tear on the nerves. Flexible and easy, greatest thing ever.
Bill, that was some trick!
I love the concept/ mindset “ live simple , live free” . Thanks for sharing!
Excellent Bill...loved the trick video! 👍🏻😁
Bill your the man! I thoroughly enjoyed your instructional video.

Hi. I really like your DIY projects done around the house. Well demonstrated n explained. Thanks. Peace to you and yours
Bill, I didn't know you had Jedi powers. May the Force be with you.
Thank you! I’ve added an extra garden area and need another spigot!
Good Job! You are so fortunate that you know how to make so many updates. I'd have to hire someone to do it for me! Have a good one!!
Great job Bill ! Love watching these projects !

Learn something new every day. Thanks, Bill.
And a hair cut too, Multitasker. Great video!
Glad I wasn't the only one that noticed his hair growing shorter! LOL
Loved the camera trick Bill!!! God bless❤️

@@LiveSimpleLiveFree great, makes life so much easier.
Thanks for sharing this with us....more and more we need to learn to do these things and be self sufficient! Thanks for being a great teacher! 👍
I so need that for my yard! I love the old spigot!
Great job Bill . I love your how to videos. Those shark bites work good but I never put them in walls. They are known to leak sometimes.
Thank you for sharing your DIY tips! Very helpful!

Jedi Master Bill!!! That was amazing!!! Elizabeth knows you can do that, right? Love how you never run out of ways to make the videos fun :D
You make things look so simple that I could do if need be.
This makes me want to tackle my own outdoor faucet!
i love the turning value trick . nice trick BIll . we have the same spiget at our place but the thing leaks when i turn it on.
Nice work Bill! 💕👍

That crimper tool cost about $80!
Live Simple, Live Free - Tinyhouse Prepper ..I know, gonna see if I know anyone that has one. Or look on offer up
Okay....I want to learn that finger trick! :)
Hi ...just your No1 Northern Irish fan here! Mo from Belfast. Great job - well done and your hair was shorter at the end of the job too! ha!
Wow, what a job, that was a weird water set up prior, lol, and the garden blocks actually look good, I didn't think they would, but look really nice.
Thanks we need to replace a spigot ourselves!!!
Thank you! You did a great job explaining the process and making it seem like an approachable task.
Bill I replaced the head of my spigot it's pretty easy job just a thought see you on the next one

Good job. You're a jack of all trades! Your wife is lucky, like me. Our hubbies are very talented!
Thank you Bill for a respite from the daily grind of the Kung Flu.
Bill, how did you get your hair cut in the midst of the Kung Flu? My beautician is MIA.
You are a master!
That quick plumbing is great. i have used it many times, it’s great. Good job
Love your videos! Lots of useful information!

Well done friend 👍
So that's how it's done!😉❤

Much better than an old cracked Garden faucet. However I will say but you need to isolate the Copper from the concrete because corrosion will absolutely happen. Proflex makes a great tape for the purpose
Great video, I would redo all the CPVC with pex or copper to avoid brittle and cracking pipes later on. Also love the video editing at the end.
So informative and entertaining!
Another fine job well done !
Great job! Enjoyed.
Wish this was my dad great video very informative
Great job!!! 👍👍👍
Once again, job well done.

cynthia pitts You could see the different light in the two segments, but yeah. Pretty cool. Hahaha.
Lighting outside is so challenging! 😄
Live Simple, Live Free - Tinyhouse Prepper I had to really look for it though. It was awesome! 😂👏👏👏❤️
Awesome job, your definitely brave to crawl in a crawl space. 🙏

Great job👍🙏🌻
Nice I like pex pipe myself nice work , I would for sure , did a ditch plum in pex all the way by your garden
Yup, our spigot froze last fall. Missed ONE night in September with the hose still on. First time in 10 years. 😬 Got a new one now though.

Nice trick at the end...lol 😉
Cool camera 🎥 stuff I wish I had that much room in my crawl space it is so small I can’t even get into it! Why they made it so small is betond me!
Good job

No non return valve? Or is it already incorporated in the spigot fitting?
How'd you do thaaaat....!! :-)
Turn the teflon roll around and its not so easy to get away from you , try it .
❤
That should have been referred to as a yard 'shower'. LOL

Was hat a masonry drill bit? I understand there are different kinds or am I mistaken? I love seeing how things are constructed. TY
Yes, it was a masonry bit
