Не переживайте за окна. Вам всё правильно сделали, по технологии, по строительным нормам и правилам, согласно требований производителя. В моём деревянном доме такие окна, с такими зазорами, стоят 12 лет и до сих пор, никаких проблем. На сколько я понимаю, после установки сайдинга, компания устанавливающая окна, должна установить вам сливы и откосы.
У меня окна такие с 2006 года. На одном окне резинки поменяли и всё.

Большой проем между окном и стеной для защиты стекол (иначе лопнут) требование от производителя профиля.
Зазор зависит от профиля используемого для окон (есть расширение пластика и металла) + нагрузка от стен и потолка. Дом за год просохнет и немного изменит геометрию. Кстати есть профили не требующих больших зазоров.
Типов окон много от мансардных которые поворачиваются по оси до раздвижных верх низ или лево право. Просто не у всех фирм есть свое производство профилей.
Москитные сетки есть внешние и есть внутренние для ваших окон (внешние дешевле)
Глядя на то, сколько ошибок делают в домах построенных по индивидуальным проектам, и трещины в домах даже на вид крепких, построенных из пенобетонных блоков, понимаю недоверие к домам построенных по индивидуальным проектам у незнакомых людей и зазоры это перестраховка от возможны проблем. Но отмазка что "так будет теплее" меня тоже не устраивает. Пена когда-то была импортного производства и именно с такой отмазкой организации монтирующие окна, запениванием больших зазоров накручивали дополнительно стоимость своих услуг.
@@DartXL Это не отмазка, это гарантия в 50 лет от производителя на профиль. В каркасных домах зазор между окном и стеной может быть уменьшен (если дом простоял под крышей около года, все просохло и устоялось) Но у них ошибка в установке, нет прикрепленной пароизоляции к профилю окна, они ставили по технологии кирпичного или бетонного дома (да и то, в таких случаях все равно проклейка битумным скотчем по периметру окна производится)
Ладно хоть пена у них профессиональная которая усадки не дает. Если возникнут проблемы с накопление влаги на пене в морозы, то приклеят пароизоляцию к профилю окна сами. (либо поставят рекуператоры или сделают вентиляцию)

В России были форточки наверху, которые мжно было держать открытыми все время для поступления свежего воздуха , если нужно. Вечером при свете можно было задвинуть нижние маленькие шторки и продолжать проветривание. Здесь такие как у Ардена окна ставят не внутрь, а наружу так, что воздух заходит тоже снизу. Реально неудобно

Но эти зазоры это требование производителя профиля, чтобы был демпферный слой. Хочешь гарантию, делай как сказано. Уверен, что всё будет хорошо, делай сам, но без гарантии.

На российских окнах сетки не прикручиваются. Их держат упругие скобки, прикрученные к окнам. И сетки легко снимаются изнутри. Важно проследить, чтобы прикрутили металлические скобки. Потому что пластиковые через год-два сломаются от солнца.
У меня стоят дешевые пластиковые окна (дом относительно новый , окна были установлены при постройке) , пластиковые скобы держат сетку лет 5 точно , все норм . Но на будущее - ДА , пластик от солнца становится хрупким .
