Hearing about all these great uni stories makes me feel like I should've socialized more in college so I had more experiences to write about, instead of playing Skyrim alone in my apartment... Then again, I do have an encyclopedic knowledge of the Elder scrolls series now, so pluses and minuses. The seductive lure of RPGs, you know?
I'd recommend VE Schwab's Viscious, which is a dark sci-fi superhero story that is also kind of a morality tale about how power changes people and relationships. If you're in the mood for something lighter, Sufficiently Advanced Magic by Andrew Rowe is quite fun. It's kind of like reading a JRPG, so if you like RPGs and/or anime there's a good chance you'll love it.

Already own Sufficiently Advanced Magic, I've been meaning to get to it for some time! Also, can totally relate to your university experience, I miss having so much free time that I spent playing video games instead of socialising 😅

@@IasminaEdina you definitely need to get around to reading it, it's quite good. It's part of a series but the first book stands by itself pretty well (I'm always little hesitant to start franchise books cause they feel like a big commitment, heh)
Now I feel like I gotta ask, what were your biggest video game time sinks, haha?
