Beautiful! Love the different elevations, the clean look. This is an example of why you hire an architect to design your home. You get the chance to live in a work of art.

It is beautiful and I love the use of black but black absorbs heat and the sunshine coast is a very hot place. In the fires of 2019/20 Sydney's western suburbs reached 48.9c degrees, and yet they still build houses with black roofs. This style is best suited to Tasmania.

So much black in the blazing heat of sub-tropical Queensland.....when does appearance/aesthetic triumph over thermal performance?.....and also flat roofs in a tropical downpour?

Beautiful home but it seems like every architect is building homes like that so its starting to be less "original"
