Coming from someone who uses their Cricut to cut button circles, I do think that it's worth it for the sake of multitasking. I wouldn't say that it saves a whole lot of time, but it's certainly less strenuous on your hands and rather than occupying all of your time to it during the time they are being cut, you can be pressing buttons while they are running through the Cricut. Of course, this is completely reliant on whether or not you want it to be cutting sticker sheets while working on buttons, but I still think that it's something to keep in mind. Another thing to keep in mind is that there is an add-on Cricut tool for scoring which I use for button pack headers which works great and minimizes time so that the button packs aren't too much of a burden to put together. Just a note in case you do decide to make packs for the con :>

You're 100% right - a digital die cutting machine is never faster than a guillotine cutter or a punch for simple cuts. That would be like... Using a kitchen aid stand mixer to make a scrambled egg. Yeah, it's totally faster than kneading bread for 15 min. Not totally faster than swishing an egg around with fork.
Right tool for the right job.
For cutting stamps with the cricut if you had a second mat you could remove while the other one is getting cut and rotate like that

Not sure if someone has already recommended this but to keep your eyeliner from transferring try setting it with a black eye shadow.
Baylee for eyeliner you should try the elf eye liner, its in a pot as well and ive been using it everytime i actually wear eyeliner. it doesnt transfer for me so i suggest it, also if you have black eyeshadow you can set the eyeliner after you put it on to avoid transfer since Bobbi Brown is quite an expensive brand

Kat Von D, Tattoo Liner is the bomb. Best liquid liner I've ever used. $25 CAD, zero transfer and lasts FORVEVER.
I used to use it, and bought it again recently. It's such a pain to apply because.the brush removes the eyeliner from my previous stroke. And it does transfer for me.

Not sure how much they'd be in Canada but Luna and Lara bars are a dollar per for me o: and there are protein versions and a TON of flavors as well. They're my go-to since Quest bars are always so expensive and my shops never have any good flavors

When I get my new cricut mat I always weaken the stickiness of the mat by rubbing a t-shirt on it, because it rips paper way to easily if I don't and I don't have time for that.

scooping each one from the mat is the same as punching it on a puncher. People just don't understand how the cutter works. I thought it was a smart machine that cut out the shapes... you know like it got eyes haha but it turned out to be a lot of work to set up from template to cutting.

How so? She goes to Jacob's drag shows to show support. Why would him, or any others, be awkward? It's friends helping each other out, and I would think they would want to help seeing as she's in such a time crunch

To make your Cricut mat not so sticky, just keep slapping your hands on the mat until you get to the stickiness you need.
