  • In this episode, Chef Paisley makes one of her favorite treats: Energy Bites. These NO-BAKE Energy Bites are one of our go-to snacks! Your kids will love helping make these simple, healthy energy bites that also taste great. You can substitute many of the ingredients for what you have in the pantry, or to create different flavors.     1 cup oats
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup flax seed
    1/4 cup chia seeds (feel free to substitute other seeds, shredded coconut, etc.)
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup chocolate chips (substitute raisins, dried cranberries, etc.)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Mix all ingredients together until fully combined. Roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for up to one week. Enjoy!
