can you remove the front wheel loop while the lift is up, so the bike can be rolled onto a ute? and are the front and rear loops interchangeable?
Yes, front loop can be removed. But, there are two pieces of 1" tubing that stick up that may interfere with the bike rolling off. Front and rear unfortunately are not interchangeable.
Very nice...how would you handle a center stand bike, like a BMW?
lkazanov The front wheel chock holds the bike upright so you would not need to use the center stand.

Tom, these have the same footprint as larger shop lifts. Stability is not an issue.
