@carguy_dev mine was 6k but it wasn't as good of a condition as yours it had slight rust and the interior was not 100% more like 78% but the engine runs like butter I'm now fixing it cosmetically after fixing its sticky calipers. My mechanic said that besides the brakes, the rest is in great condition. And now that im riding around in one, im so glad I see more people who are recently buying 4th gens and showing them off like you. Post more because ima be here for as long as you have it. And I might share my mods from time to time.
@@carguy_dev I'm buying Leds and also thinking about the roof rack to put the full bar on the top. I also bought the bottom grill light you recommended.
@carguy_dev also congrats to your friend. My dream car is a light blue 4x4 FJ Cruiser with hopefully less than 200k miles and the FJ80 was another dream car. but it's waaay over my budget considering it costs more than a newer fj cruiser 🤣. Sorry for the spam but I'm just excited as hell after buying the 4runner
Thanks for the comment, mine were previously done, the prior owner said he removed and painted them. They’re holding up just fine so far. Hope that is helpful!
Nice video. How did you get LEDS on the the running boards. I have running board lights but they are the brown halogen. Do you know how to change them out?
They were already replaced when I got the truck, however, I did some research on forums, and people are saying that if you look underneath the corners of the running boards you’ll see the connector, and you can twist and pull them out revealing the bulb. From my research the replacement LED bulb number should be 194. Hopefully that helps! Thanks for the comment!
hey! could you let me know how you wired the ditch light switch to the actual lights? i have the same cali raised led switch and nilight ditch lights but dont know how to wire them. thanks!
I'm happy I found this account. I just bought myself a 2004 4x4 v6 4runner with 146k miles
Wow! Thats pretty low miles! I got mine (2007) with 167K and I was pretty happy
