When going out to play in the snow or if your job requires you to move ice and stuff make sure you wear more then one pair of glove not just cotton gloves but rubber too rubber on first then cotton as soon as your fingers get tooo cold warm them up oh and wear more socks and thick boots and some pajama bottoms under your pants and a jacket and your coat.
Does frostbite hurt prior to treatment? Because what's the difference between that and the rewarming process? Plus will it ever start to feel better with the painkillers?

What do you do when you are home? My dr not very helpful just told me to take ibuprofen, and call back in a few weeks. It’s my big toe and one next too it. Skin is hard and have numbness
