His skill makes his cat explode from any distance you don't need to be close, his burst you can use it then cancel it quickly with the skill button and dodge

Man I can't get full stars even after 3 years of playing tho I'm f2p, my Yelan is at C0 with a 3-star weapon, there's no way I would dump thousands of dollars to get a R5 aqua symulacra and C6 Yelan
@@PlebBora I had a bad hp timepiece but my er one had all the rolls towards crit damage and hp percentage so I have her the energy recharge timepiece and then have her an hp weapon to balance the build. My Diona has a R5 favonius and I have another one laying around but it made more sense to give her the hp bow cause the er timepiece was perfect

it's because you don't have to be charged attacking all the time, he got 60 energy cost, you literally spam burst every rotation
